- This hotel exceeded my expectations for the price. The staff was terrific and the location was excellent. It is in close proximity to Trafalgar Square, shops, restaurants, grocery stores, Big Ben, the Eye, and Picadilly Circus.
- Great location. The room had a kettle with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. I left my iPods and they found them, called me, emailed me a link to pay for the shipping, and shipped them home to me in the US!
- Location was perfect, walk out the door to National Gallery, Covent Garden, and charring cross station. Friendly staff, comfortable beds.
Cons -
- Everything was sufficient for my stay.
- The room was tiny. It had everything we needed and was comfy, just real small.
- Rooms are small, and would be cramped for two people. But perfect for solo travelers!
