Pros +
- Comfortable room. Good blackout curtains
- Meticulously Clean, Big Rooms
- Location near Victoria station was perfect for us.
Cons -
- They liberally sprayed very Air freshener in many of the common areas including the lobby. It was so strong that I was having allergic reactions. Also, they sell early check-in for 20 GBP per hour... Seems excessive and not very accommodating.
- Some Restaurant Staff were rude
- Breakfast layout was difficult to access with a large group in the dining room.
