Located in the west-side of Amsterdam, a 10-minute drive from the A10 motorway, New West Inn offers a fitness corner and a solarium. It also includes a 24-hour reception, a large public parking space (charges may apply) and a garden terrace. New West Inn benefits from rooms with cable TV, a desk and a seating area. Free WiFi access is available throughout the hotel. Rooms for disabled guests are available on request as well. In the morning guests can enjoy a breakfast buffet, which includes various warm and cold dishes. The hotel has a lobby bar with in the evening a pizza corner. Sloterpark and Ookmeer sport park are a 15-minute walk away. New West Inn is only 2625 feet from Hoekenes tram stop which offers direct services into the city center.

Pros +

Calm neighbourhood with responsive staff 24/7 and closer to the inter city metro station.
The price.
The price was quite good and the staff was very friendly. I would consider this hotel again in the future.

Cons -

It was a 10 minute walk to the bus stop. And the bus took 20-30 minutes to get to centraal station.
Location
Despite what I expected, the hotel restaurant/bar is not open. The cleaning staff did not "clean" and instead only replaced towels and made the bed. Also not ideal that the closest tram stop is ~800m from the entrance.
