Pros +
- Helpful staff even during the busy F1 GP weekend. Clean and bright, it was obvious the hotel had good care and maintenance.
- Conveniently located to bus, train, tram, and subway!! Overall quiet location. Professionally friendly staff. Very good customer service. Adequate wifi service and gym. Bikes available.
Cons -
- The room was below standard the carpet was dirty and stain food was on the floor from previous guests.
- Only 1 USB charging port, bathroom door blocks entryway and the a/c isn't adjustable (I couldn't adjust temp and fan speed). Also, the toilet throat was brownish, not white, that's gross.
- Television stations available are not English-friendly. Most are of other languages. No iron available in the room.
