The Mercure Hotel Amsterdam City offers spacious rooms with free WiFi access, flat-screen TVs and a bathroom with bath or shower. Guests can make use of the sauna and Turkish steam bath facilities. Guests can enjoy a glass of wine or other refreshments at the hotel's FLOOR restaurant and lounge, where small bites, lunch and dinner are also served. - Staff.
- The hotel is very modern and sleek, with spacious rooms and lots of comforts. I would definitely stay here again.
- Comfortable bed, quiet area, helpful staff, good facilities.
Cons -
- Dinner room service leftovers stayed outside our door for 3 days and no one picked it up. Cashless hotel was very frustrating not accepting any cash.
- I wish there was a metro stop closer. You either have to lug your luggage 10-15 minutes from the nearest stop, or catch an Uber.
- We stayed three nights and the room service was not done one day when we came back at 17:00
