Location, size of the room and cleanliness
The hotel was clean and the staff was were pleasant and accommodating. The hotel was located near a beautiful park (approximately 10 minutes). The price was reasonable and located in a quiet area.

Cons -

location was not close to trains and busses were always late. leaving us to pay for ubers
I reserved xtra bed, and because of that we had to wait, while constantly being promised that room is going to be ready in 30 min, then in another 20 min, then in another 30 min, etc. finally we got our room at 3.30, which is after check in time.
The hotel was far from most attractions and center of the city. There was a tram available but around a 15 minute walk. The hotel did not provide a shuttle service to the airport. Taxi service was available but expensive. Between 42-45 euros.

nothing.

Location is horrible. You have to transfer at least twice to get to hotel from citycenter and you should expect 20 minutes waiting in nasty Dutch weather every single time. I regret so much. If you book this NH Zuid, you will ruin your trip in Amsterdam.
