Location was fantastic. Staff were exceptional so friendly and so nice always greeted with a friendly face each morning for breakfast and service was wonderful. Room was spotless and cleaned every day with all fresh top ups of toiletries towels etc.

Everything; it’s a great location, the staff are really friendly and the Spa is amazing!

The staff at The One Boutique Hotel were exceptional, providing warm, friendly, and highly professional service throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, featuring delicious café lattes and a wide variety of food and drink options. We also enjoyed a fantastic view from our room. The staff offered excellent restaurant recommendations and were very helpful with making reservations. The location is ideal - conveniently situated within walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, and the metro. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would happily return and recommend this hotel to others.

The only aspect I did not like was that the hotel advertisement gave the impression that the pool was freely available to guests. In reality, access to the pool requires an additional fee ($60 euros for 1 hour for a family of 4) and advance reservation. This felt misleading, and it would be helpful to clearly state these conditions on the main listing page next to the pool image to avoid confusion and set accurate expectations.

The location

Too much neon lights, and no slippers and bathrobe

The location of the hotel is amazing — just a few minutes away from the Fontana di Trevi. We didn’t use the metro at all; if you enjoy walking, everything is within walking distance. The hotel facilities are overall very nice, but unfortunately we stayed in the main room on the first floor, which is the only one with an old wooden door. This made the room really noisy. We were waking up from 6 AM due to very loud sounds (the old elevator going up and down, people passing by, and the staff working in the basement).We didn’t want to let it ruin our mood, and since we stayed only for 2 nights, we went along with it… but for the price we paid (€300+ per night), this shouldn’t be happening. I believe the hotel should seriously consider making this door more soundproof.The staff was very helpful and kind, so we had no other complaints.

Soundproofing the door of our room (the old wooden door) would make a big difference. Also, the bathroom on the main floor could use a bit more attention. It would also be great if the shampoo and body-wash bottles in the bathroom were updated.

Very friendly staff, excellent location, clean and comfortable room. Excellent coffee and buffet breakfast.

The room is a little small however the location and boutique style compensate for this.

Clear room

Unfortunately my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below the standard I expected from a 4-star property, especially considering the price of €210 for one night on a Monday in Rome. I specifically chose a 4★ hotel to receive proper service, but instead I was put in a very uncomfortable and humiliating situation from the moment I arrived.We arrived around 00:00. My friend had a flight at 5 AM and would have left the hotel at 02:30. We even offered to show her flight ticket to prove she was not staying overnight. Despite this, the reception spoke to us in a rude and unwelcoming way. There is no real lobby in the hotel- not even a proper place to sit and drink tea - yet we were told that even a short visit was “not allowed” and later limited to one hour, which is absolutely unreasonable for a 4★ hotel.I booked the room for two guests, so having a friend visit for two hours with a registered document is completely normal and allowed in any hotel of this category. Instead, I was treated as if I had done something wrong. The attitude of the staff made me feel like I was there for free, or like someone who had to justify their presence in the hotel. For the price I paid, I expected respect and hospitality, not humiliation.I even asked to cancel the booking immediately, as the reservation was made barely an hour before arrival, but I was told it was impossible. This left me with no choice but to stay in a place where I already felt unwelcome and disrespected. Unfortunately, this experience completely ruined the mood of my celebration and left a very negative impression. For a 4-star hotel, this behavior is unacceptable.”P.s. room was clean but very noisy even with close windows. We asked for late check out with extra payment of course because we wake up in stress after bad attitude of this hotel and they said no available room but it was not true I checked booking and they had a lot of available rooms …. So after this experience I buy ticke

Hotel location and courteous and efficient staff

Breakfast was costly however the breakfast itself was very small portions e.g. omelette etc, In addition the juice machine kept producing juice with 50% water in it,

Downtown area, very nice and kind staff really helpful, clean, silent because of the silence proof window, great view of the city very close to the Trevi!

Breakfast was a little poor, small place to eat. The elevator is unbelievably narrow, Guiness record narrow:-)
