The cleanness and most of the personnel

The only thing about this hotel Is the location too far from the center of Rome and air conditioning that is was not turned on . Other than that is a great hotel for this amazing package.

Located near a lot of bus stops and like 5-7 min walk from the train station. The area is a bit sketchier than what I was expecting. I booked two rooms and they said they were completely booked so we had rooms on the 1st and 4th floor. The room on the first floor was very very small and they only made up the room one time during our stay. My room on the 4th floor was always made up nicely so I don't understand what the deal was with that. The guy at the front desk apologized for that and said he would notify management. The complimentary breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was very convenient. I believe breakfast was from either 6 or 7am until 11am. The place overall was very clean. It's about a 50 min bus ride to main attractions but also only an hour train ride from the airport. There's a gym on the 6th floor which has the minimal amount of equipment. Only one treadmill, one stationery bike etc but I never saw anyone in there anytime that I would go so it wasn't an issue. I wouldn't mind staying here again but I do think they're a bit overpriced.

Staff and location , clean

nice staff, great restaurant downstairs. Everyone is friendly, especially in the restaurant.

The location is pretty far out of the city and a 30.00 taxi ride in or different buses, which are often too full to get on so you have to wait for another one. The rooms are getting a bit rundown and dirty. I noticed paint peeling from the walls and mold in and around the shower. I wouldn’t stay there again due to cleanliness and mold.

The hotel was perfect for a few nights stay in Rome. A taxi into cental Rome was around 18 EUR but there are plenty of buses. The number 90 goes termini in around 15 minutes so was perfect for getting to the airport train.

The room was a little dark due to the grey paint.

The location and price

The comfortable room with capacity for 2 rooms so we can have proper space for me and my mum. The personal also was absolutely lovely

It was a bit far form the city center but the bus stop was really close.

A value for money hotel, in an urban area, quite noisy due to the numerous ambulances passing by.Very comfortable beds, ample and spacy apartments, really fair and casual the restaurant named "Figo" where you get a 20% discount since you are a hotel resident. Everything was very clean, congratulations to the housekeeping team !

Too many ambulances, very narrow lift, but more or less everything was good.

First, the breakfast, food and atmosphere in the resturant is excellent, staff everywhere are doing their job with a smile.

I wouldn't stay anywhere else in the future.No negative remarks at all.

I love everything you must be stay here

Location is good. It's not in the city center but we knew that. There is a bus station in front of the building. Train station is near it's easily to access to the airport. Staff was very friendly and always helpful. They might be forgot to give us a complimentary water while we were checking in but since I saw a comment on here, I asked second day and they gave us free.

They gave us the wrong wifi so it was always disconnecting and it was frustrating. We learned this when we were checking out. I didn't like the cleaning. They made the bed every day, change the towels however I don't think they've changed the sheets.

Unfortunately this hotel completely failed in delivery the service it advertised. A basic element of traveling to Rome is AC, which this hotel advertised. When we got there however the AC was turned off and the hotel wouldn't turn it on, not broke but turned off. At one stage the room reach 28 degrees and was stale air. The solution they gave was to open the window. Outside was stale hot air, a very noisy road, and mosquitoes that came in and bit me. Overall it was a terrible experience and the staff did nothing to help.
