Location is absolutely amazing! Everything in rome is 10-15 minutes walk away

Sound proofing is so bad! You can hear everyone walking, talking, checking in or out as if they are staying in the room with you. We were always waken up by the sound of the room service cleaning other rooms, every morning

Amazing location near the Pantheon and easy access to many other sites. Lovely staff who are very caring and helpful! Having blackout curtains to keep light out in the morning was so convenient. Nice big rooms and bathrooms. Could not recommend enough.

Our room did have a few hairs from the previous guest so would recommend better cleaning.

The staff went beyond and helped me for the mistake I made on the reservation. I made an mistake and didn't consider the time difference and booked my stay a day early, I realized 4 days before my travel. In general, it would have been no refund/cancel, and I would have needed to rebook entirely new stay, but they were kind enough to let me just pay the rate difference. During the stay, the staff were so welcoming and kind. I really enjoyed the stay

Beautiful boutique modern designed apartment in the center of Rome near all the attractions. They even gifted me an aqua di Parma lotion upon checking out.

Small room, not much room for bags. Hard bed. A lot of noise coming from the streets.

Very near to everything

Overall, the hotel is nice, but I had some concerns regarding cleanliness. The pillows and blankets had an unpleasant odor, and a few areas in the room were noticeably dusty and not properly cleaned. Even the bathroom towels didn’t feel as fresh as expected. I hope the hotel improves the cleanliness standards, as guest comfort truly begins with a clean environment.

Our room was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made our stay feel luxurious. The location is also unbeatable — right in the heart of the city, yet quiet and peaceful, which allowed us to easily explore the area while enjoying restful nights.What made our stay truly memorable, however, was the amazing service. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and attentive, but we want to give special thanks to Giacomo and Maria Kiara, who went above and beyond for us. They were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready with a smile and a solution for anything we needed. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for.We highly recommend Hotel Scenario to anyone looking for a refined and comfortable stay in a perfect location, with a team that truly cares about their guests. Excellent location. We never once took an uber or cab during our stay. We were able to walk to everything. The Scenario is a stylish boutique hotel. It has a very modern, clean design but it also has these gorgeous wood ceilings, which provide a nice touch of rustic charm. The staff was great, friendly and helpful.

One thing is that the hotel staff is not always visible at front desk and once we noticed front door open with no one there. Was a little unnerving. The cost of our stay was a lot higher than normal because there was a lot of demand due to a rugby tournament in town. So that’s why I clicked down on value.

It was amazing! Very tall ceiling, minimalistic design, in the middle of the city! Definitely will visit again ❤️

The location and the quietness of the room

The property is to small. Everything is very tight and narrow. There is no view either

The property is located in a very narrow street that is not accessible to most cars. This is a very big hassle if you have many big or heavy bags.

Amazing room and clean close to everything the people there very good and always helpful good prices and almost no noises at all we will go there again for sure

The design and style were amazing. Location was superb didn’t need a car except for airport. The staff super nice and helpful especially Manisha who helped me find the best pizza places in town and ordered a car for me to the airport. I got a little cute gift from Acqua di parma as well.

The only negative thing was that the bathroom had a bad smell coming out every now and then, when water runs down, a sewer’s smell pops up for some reason.
