Pros +
- Hotel staff is excellent. (at the front desk) went above and beyond. The room was great. The a/c worked wonderfully. The bathroom was very well appointed with a spray shower head and a separate ceiling mounted rain type of shower head.

Cons -

- they placed me in a room where it was noisy and I could here the trucks coming to get the garbage or throw away bottles/cans, etc. So it was noisy.
- The bathroom had a weird sewage mildew smell. It was clear that the shower was not well cleaned. The room was also unairconditioned with no windows opened when we arrived. It was absolutely miserable for the first few hours.

There are so many great features of this hotel. The location is excellent because it¿s two or three blocks from the city metro and Roma Termini train station that took me to Venice and Florence, then back to my hotel in Rome. The hotel is amazing!
Nothing, the hotel quality is top notch with excellent customer service, including a front desk staff that helped me navigate how to purchase train tickets to other cities to where to get a Covid rapid test. The hotel showers are amazing!
