    Pros +

    • Beautiful property, very clean, spacious rooms, lovely breakfast with lots of options.
    • A beautiful, quiet place in a convenient location with private parking—ideal for those coming to Rome by car.
    • Spacious room, quality heating, solid breakfast, cleanliness.

    Cons -

    • It would he nice if breakfast hours ran until 1000 so you could sleep in, relax in the morning, instead of having to set an alarm while on vacation just so you don't miss breakfast.
    • The breakfast buffet was sober, but sufficient. I personally didn't find the breakfast room very cozy. A little mood music would be allowed. The breakfast lady was super friendly.
    • The location was a bit removed from Rome city center so you’ll need to take transportation to get most sites but there’s a bus stop right outside the property.

The complex is closed off so you have the feeling that you are spending the night in a relaxing neighborhood with lots of greenery. The 1st sight is very authentic and cozy. We were too early, but were able to check in perfectly and leave our luggage safely. The room is sober but very spacious and with cozy mood lighting. The room could be made perfectly dark by the window shutters. No noise pollution. Nice mattress to sleep on. Friendly staff at the reception. There is a bus stop very close by, so you can perfectly take public transport to the center.

A hidden jewel in this beautiful city. We felt extremely safe and loved the history of the hotel. The breakfast was excellent and I don’t think I’ve stayed at a cleaner place. The room was modern and CLEAN. The reception staff was available 24 hours and they were extremely helpful. Shout out to Daniela!

    Staff is friendly

There was no iron or laundry service. There is no phone in the bedroom and breakfast was minimal. I also had problems with the AC which was fixed but had to sleep without an AC on the first day. They did provide a fan.

Proximity to an area we wanted to be in. Not far from metro and city center eitherVery clean! Quiet and embedded in a green park in the midst of the city. A nice oasis. Parking inside the property a big plus for 15€ a day.

Rooms very tight. Expensive overall for the type of facility ( it is not a hotel!) and in comparison to some hotels in the area. Breakfast was rich but quality of food was not so great.

everything was super clean, the breakfast really good, location even better. great accommodation

i didn’t like having to leave the key to the room every time i wanted to go out

Absolute rip off, wouldn’t recommend to anyone

The staff were very rude, the radiator didn’t work and was leaking. We booked for two nights, but didn’t stay the second night, they refused the partial refund as was stated on Booking. We also had a free breakfast, we didn’t have any breakfast except 2 coffees and they charged us for that too!

    The position and cleanliness

The breakfast time finishing a bit too early for some “holiday mode”.

    7ViktoriaPosted on: 1-2-2025

The room was warm and very clean, the staff quite kind and the breakfast very good.

We didn't expect to be charged 15 Euros for the parking lot.

Everything in the room and the fixtures were brand new. The location is good and close to shops and the metro.

    Location was good

So disappointed The people at the reception they don’t want to help the lady at the reception were so rude with us.A/C it’s controlled from the hotel you have to call them from your phone otherwise go all the way down to ask them fix temperature and if it work it will be so annoying and loud. Don’t book garden view basically all same there is no garden just pay extra for nothing They don’t give towel for towel charge 10€I stayed two days there one checkout they charge me 54€ city tax and parking although booking.com price was covering all charges. The breakfast was the smallest you can find ever and there is no fried egg even, the girl working at the kitchen the only one try to help you as much as possible. This hotel like to take your card once you go out and then come to reception every time you go out, the problem is the reception at 1 and you have your go 0 for car it’s annoying like I’m asking my father permission.

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was fine. The hotel is located 12 minutes on foot from the Bologna B line metro station, so the city center is easily accessible, however metro is generally crowded. There are also bus stops really close to the hotel. In the nearby area there is a big supermarket and several places to eat.

The safe in the room was not working but I didn't need that anyway. One night there was just luke warm water (not hot).

The room was wonderful- comfortable and clean when we arrived. All staff were kind and helpful. The grounds are beautiful:-)

We asked for a quiet room but they didn’t have one. The very busy street noise made sleeping a challenge. The location for a short Rome stay was too far out of the center. But the neighborhood was nice.Would have been nice to have an iron/board in the room.

    10EduardoPosted on: 10-4-2024

The hotel exceeded our expectations! Very friendly staff, relatively near metro stations (just a few stops to Roma Termini), bus stops, and good restaurants nearby. The room we stayed in was very comfortable, big, and beautifully decorated in a modern way.Excellent breakfast and quiet neighborhood.

Very clean. We only stayed overnight before flying back home the next morning. Nice breakfast with very friendly staff.
