Clean, good customer service, and smells really nice

Hotel is clean and in a reasonably god location

Rooms are quite small.

The stuff are very helpful and the hotel location is very accessible to everything ( Supermarket - shopping via del corso - also it 4 mins walking to Barberini subway )The room has everything, the heater is working well, it has a reasonable space for the luggageClean and comfy bed which is rare in Rome

The smell of the breakfast in the morning can be a little disturbing from the room but not noticeable

Perfect location,, just 20 minutes walk from all the main sights of Rome. Helpful staff and very quiet hotel, perfect for relaxing away from the noise.

Everything was perfect. The room, the staff, the cleaning and the breakfast. In a walking distance from the center of Rome and a wonderfool roof bar ready to welcome us any time of the day.

Maybe the available tables on the breakfast area are less than needed. Sometimes we had to wait in order to empty one of them and have our breakfast. Apart from that the service was fast and the breakfast delicious.

Loved everything about this hotel. Clean, spacious, modern, great staff, close to transport within walk to tourist attractions, restaurants and shops. The all round perfect hotel. Breakfast was delicious also.

The hotel is very comfortable and convenient The location is only 3 mins away from Barberini subway station , also there is a mini supermarket that has almost evo(Pam) next to hotelAlso walking distance from Via del corso and all shopping district, 7 mins away from trevi fountain, fabulous location.The room is very clean , heater is working , staff is very helpful, also the room is very spacious but the bathroom ( the shower is very narrow ) but its not a problem at all.The hotel has elevator and very safe , at night they close the main door and they gave u a code to enter But the staff is there 24 H.Would love to come back again

Breakfast room a little small but a truly minor inconvenience and fits with the style of this boutique hotel

Very friendly & helpful staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable rooms - and appreciated the adjoining room which was perfect for our family!

Very hard to say anything - only tiny comment is that the water from one of the showers spills out a bit onto the floor... but what a minor thing!

1. No external lighting, it is on a very dark part of the street. no signage out front, building is unmarked as a hotel. it looks like an office building. a woman traveling alone might not feel comfortable here. the automatic door stays open for a long time so someone could follow you into the building at night 2. there are no electrical outlets or USB on either side of the bed. how can you charge your phones at night?! 3. check out at 10:30am is too early. 4. Front desk is closed at night. 5. the lighting control device was impossible to understand how to operate.

I didn't like that the bathroom door was made of glass and provided no privacy at all without even locking.

The location for all sights in Rome was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar/breakfast area had lovely views. The room was practical and clean.

Great stay , we were our room was large, great big comfy bed, great shower, very clean and air con worked well. The location was perfect, very quiet, a leisurely 10 min walk to the Trevi fountain and Spanish steps, 2 min walk to Metro lots of restaurants, cafes nearby.

One small thing, is that there were no sockets or charging points next to the bed or in any convenient places. So charging phones etc wasn't easy.

Beautifully appointed room and hotel with an amazing rooftop bar and breakfast area, and centrally located to all Rome’s most popular attractions.

The room was comfortable. The cleanliness excellent and the staff at reception extremely helpful and competent. Breakfast was great and service at breakfast fast and friendly

Need USB or plug points on headboard. Very noisy (could hear everything in corridor and next door) as walls very thin. Hard to locate the entrance -we arrived by train and the Google map link sent us to the wrong address, then when we corrected it, it was not that obvious where the entry was and we guessed that we needed to go to the first floor.

Room is very spacious, tasteful design. We got a corner room but quiet at night. It's a short walk to the busier part of town, but it's very safe at night.
