This is my 2nd time staying at Santa Chiara, and it never disappoints!!!The staff are wonderful and accommodating, the rooms are always spotless, and the location is wonderful, super close and walking distance to the main attractions, good shopping etc. Termini station and Trastevere are only a 30 min walk. A BIG thank you to all the staff and especially Kevin who was so kind throughout my entire stay!

Some of staff are great esp cleaners . They're always so good at cleaning . By the time we're done eith breakfast they're done.

When were stopped from eating with our baby in lobby. We're told to stop eating since we're not allowed and demanded to know our room number. I never heard of a hotel in lobby that is not allowing people to eat .

Excellent location; clean; excellent breakfast

Welcoming and professional staff at the reception; clean and comfortable single room with chiller, table, kettle, tea/coffee selection and wardrobe; clean bathroom; wifi was good and fast. Room was warm, but you can use a/c if needed.Nice basic breakfast with eggs options/cold cuts/sausage/bacon/fruits/bakery/cereals/yogurts and good selection of drinks (incl. plant based milk, gluten free snacks, etc.)Nearest bus station is 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. The Pantheon is a few minutes away by walk.Cozy lounge areas on the ground floor; luggage storage service available. Room was better in real life than what you see on pictures provided by the hotel.Thank you for a super early check in! Maybe it’s possible based on availability I guess. Overall I had good sleep.

If you’re sensitive to the street noise, it’s better to bring earplugs, or try to request a room that is not facing the street. It’s not a super busy street, but you can hear everything that’s happening outside through windows.

This is a wonderful hotel. The location is great, just walking distance from all tourists' sites, but the main reason is the staff of this hotel, which are very serviceable, kind, and keeps letting you feel welcome and pleasant during all your stay, at the reception, at the breakfast, housekeeping, etc. We felt that we are treated warmly and welcomed. We also got help with our suitcases without even asking. We extremely enjoyed our stay, which was extraordinary. we will defiantly come back on our next visit to Rome and will warmly recommend on it.

Amazing hotel. This is our second time in Rome and our first time at this hotel. The location is very central, the staff is amazing, the hotel is very clean and the rooms are very comfortable. We arrived with our dog and were welcomed very warmly. Highly recommended.

We loved everything.

Location is perfect, situated in the heart of Roma, with nice restaurants and sights nearby. You can walk everywhere. The staff were so nice and welcoming.

Great, clean room and great location. The dewk staff were cordial, porters exceptional.
