Location

If you google the hotel, they say parking available. Leading one to believe they have reserved spots for guests if needed. Absolutely NO parking. Very misleading!!!

The location is excellent

The gentleman that checked us in acted as if we were bothering him. The garbage and laundry was put infant of our door each day when housekeeping came and stayed there for two days before it was collected. The AC was not working and we were there in July.

The team was very supportive and kind, and good location.

The room was renovated and looks fine, but it is in a very old building with only one elevator that doesn’t work. The breakfast is very poor with very limited options. The floor was always dusty and never cleaned. There is no soundproofing, so you can hear everything from the other rooms.

Breakfast was not what we wanted but lots of coffee and pastry shops nearby. Beds were not the most comfortable. Very Hard.

Breakfast was below average and breakfast staff were not engaging. Needed to keep asking for extra body wash.

The rooms were state of the art and very nice.

I had checked that my room was in the mail building however when we arrived we were told we were in the other building.

Unfortunately, incredibly rude and manipulative staff, one particular staff member. Was miscommunication between hotel management but we were blamed. Charged multiple of our cards multiple times and weren’t able to explain the reasons for this at the time (had to contact management). Ordered balloons for my partners birthday (him) and received 4 pink single balloons for 15 euro. Bathroom had a strong urine stench from check in and was not cleaned.

The room was excellent, the beds very comfortable and cleans. The size of the room is excelente too.

They wanted to charge me for breakfast even though I was telling them that it was already included in the final price I paid. And the hotel doorman at the reception was the worst, he wanted me to show my passport to the receptionist and not my ID, because I am not EUROPEAN, in the end I showed it so as not to argue, but it was a terrible time. He wanted me to explain to him what I was doing there without my passport. Maybe he is an immigration agent?

The location was excellent. The staff were pleasant.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever had worldwide. It was impossible to get a decent nights sleep. The staff put a duvet under the bottom sheet. It made little difference. The staff told us the mattress was hard because it was new!!!

We opted not to have breakfast despite it being very reasonable and food looked delicious. Dining room was inside and quite small space and very busy. Didn’t feel relaxing at all and just not the experience we wanted.

The location is good

They have rooms in another building in which you have to climb a whole flight of stairs to get to the lift so anyone with mobility issues will face difficulty plus when I checked in I had to carry my luggage up one flight since no porter was present and they also said they don’t have a policy to get all the luggage down and you have to do it yourself at checkout so plz keep this in mind though on special request we were given a porter at checkout The man at the reception was exceptionally rude .. the women there were good

The property is situated across many buildings. The building we got was really modern and nice! The room itself was better than we were expecting, very spacious and modern. Perfect for a few nights stay while exploring Rome. Location was great, everything was walkable distance.

The only down side is the stairs you gotta take to get into the building and there are no lifts from the entrance to the lobby.

Staff were good and quite accommodating. Very good location and value for money for the same as you can walk to most places.

Can get noisy in the evenings due to the location. There’s no lift if you get a room in the building on the side.

I like the place because it is located in the city center and close to the city's landmarks and everything is close to me, the metro station. Restaurants, international stores, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies. Also, the hotel staff are nice and easy to deal with
