The hotel staff?s attitude regarding issue - just pay more money

The view and customer service was top notch. They really treat you like royalty. The room was really nice and modern. They had a taxi waiting for us the next morning. We were greeted with cold water and able to get into our room early

My only complaint was the room was a little warm and wouldn¿t get any cooler

Very clean; Location is very good.

The elevator; It is only one elevator mainly used by the people hoing to the restaurant; Aiting too much (min. 5 minutes) to go in the room.

The hotels design is absolutely stunning the room is to die for and our rooms view was unbelievable. It was one of the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. So close to lovely restaurant and landmarks!

When we arrived at the hotel we were asked to put £400 on hold by the hotel which we thought was really expensive and when we checked out we could be told it could be up to a 5 day wait. We had paid in advance and understand that a hold on your card is necessary however we have never been charged this much of an amount before and we were unaware of it in advance I think a bit of notice would be more beneficial. The use of an iron in the room I think would help

The property was nice, clean and good location. The staff was nice, helpful and attentive. We had a junior suite and it was very spacious. Beautiful views.

While our accommodations were great we were sad to find, on our first day, that the rooftop bar/restaurant was horrible. We had fruit that wasn't ripe, a cocktail that wasn't balanced, shrimp that was bland and guacamole that was bland as well. We didn't end up finishing anything that we ordered to eat.If you stay on the 5th floor beware that the rooftop bar plays loud music from afternoon until about 11PM and you wouldn't be able to sleep w/o white noise. Fortunately we travel with a sound machine so it didn't keep us awake, but it does play in the afternoon as well. Also, be aware that elevator is extremely small. Not a deal breaker for us but we did walk up 5 flights of steps several times, rather than wait. The elevator can hold six people at the most.

Location & staff & breath-taking view from hotel room

The lift is rather small and can be too busy when people other than residents in the hotel use it to go to terrace.Also, hand rail in shower/bath would be advisable.Otherwise lovely hotel

The view of the rooftop was really nice, with a great view of the Altar della patria. There was nothing outstanding. I paid for a room with a view, but I didn`t get it. It was a partial and short view.

Breakfast so disapointing! I don`t know if there was a lack of team, but it was so slow, the service is horrible.The food was good, but it took a life to bring me a cup of coffee. It also lack hot plates for breakfast. The fruits served was tasteless. The room is too dark, bad lights.

Best location , near to the Colosseun , Fori Imperiali , Shops, Altare de La Patria, Clean rooms, staff very kind, a excelent choice In Rome.

Location. Location. Location! A short walk to the Colosseum, a roomoverlooking ruins.The rooftop bar/restaurant was good, but the view was epic.

The location of the hotel was excellent, the staff and facilities were excellent.

The prices of the drinks on the roof terrace bar were a bit pricey.

Location is perfect, the roof top bar is spectacular but the highlight was the excellent support from the Guest relations team specially Ms. Amira which gave us full recommendation on how to best spend our time in Rome
