Pros +
- Staff was terrific, friendly, helpful & accommodating! Location was perfect, not far from Metro and within walking distance of the Vatican & main Historical Sights! Fairly Affordable but Staff was super helpful! Hope to be back sometime in the Future!
- Nothing , it was very misleading advertising
- Nothing. The manager was unprofessional, disrespectful, and have no good customer service skills. He was of absolutely no help. The bed and floor were dirty. The room smelt musty and the room was not cleaned daily as hotel employee said it would be
Cons -
- I wish i had called them to let them know I was coming ahead of time so there would have been less confusion when i arrived. Thanks (K__us) & Office Staff :o) !
- This not a hotel or a luxury suite . Someone converted an apartment into a glorified hostel. Each bedroom has a number on it which is where one would sleep if they so dared. You have no idea who you are sharing this apartment with.
- This is not a hotel, it is a dirty apartment located in the slum of Italy. They are money hungry and rip tourists off with the false advertising of this place as a 4 star hotel and refuse to give any refunds of their misleading marketing. Unprofessional.

The location is good, and the room is large enough and clean
When we checked in at noon, the air conditioner was working. But back in the evening, the air conditioner was not working in both rooms. We kept messaging and phoning the owner, no response. It's very hot without the air conditioner.
Nice room
Air conditioning doesn¿t work properly, elevator is very small and doors to the hotel is narrow, could not feet my luggage
Location near Vatican City
Description did not prepare us for an apartment with multiple private bedrooms sharing the common area kitchen with strangers. This is not a hotel with front desk check in or the ability to store your luggage. It was difficult to find with no sign outside
The location was great. The area was quiet, the room was nice and I really appreciated being able to log into my netflix on the TV.
The lock on the main door needs replacement. We were unable to open it from the outside and people inside couldn't open it until trying for several minutes. We were afraid to leave and get locked out.
Close to the vatican walking distance, close to old Town Rome 17 min walk to the famous fountain and other attractions.
Shower glass door won't close completely so water comes out while showering and we had to put towels on the floor in order to stop it.
Location and renovated
The building access, stairs, elevator ola and awful
The location, nice place, the communication with Matteo was great.
