- The staff was really nice. The property is at a nice location and near a lot of shops and different stores. The room was okay, there were some details that could be cleaner but overall a good experience.
- The location was excellent. Vatican City was on 15 minutes walk, Via del Corso and the other sights were max 30 minutes walk. The staff was really friendly and nice.
Cons -
- The wooden shutter and the skirting were broken but to be honest the rest was perfect so we didn’t care. Everything was perfect.
- The loud noises coming from the corridor of people talking.
- The room was really hot and had a few broken things but nothing to so bad.

The staff was very very nice and the reception is 24H, which we really needed since we got to the hotel at 3 AM.Also, they were always ready to give us information when needed. Unfortunately, however, thisbwas the only positive side of the stay.
As i want to be fair, I'll explain by bullet points:- we expected a hotel, but it was more of a room rent really - the hotel is located inside of a building, but it does not occupy the entire building. It only occupies one part of the 1st floor, so ir was a bit difficult to find as we did not expect that- we got an economic room and we expected that, a simple room with basic ammenities, what we did not expect was a full disaster though.- the room's shape was very weird. The side where the bathroom was, was so close to the bed that it almost touched its door.- the room smelled like humidity- the bathroom simply smells awful. We needed to leave the window open all night.- the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were si.ply disgusting. I have never ever seen pillows that had kind of pertruding dots in them and without any type of sheets on them. I literally woke up every night to get them away from me because I felt disgusted by them.- aside from that the bed was average, but we really couldn't rest in it because of the pillow situation.- the lamps on top of the bed were so dirty that whenever we turned them on, we could see the dust from the rolm around them. Very unsettling.- the lamp on the square table beside the bed was FULL of stains. I have never ever seen something like this in a hotel room.- the bathroom really was something else...- the shower head did not have any type of support, it just hanged there and, as if it wasn't enough, it leaked so bad that more water came out of the leak at its base than from the head itself.- the wc cover was so much tinier than the actual wc that it made it pretty u comfortable to use.The location is amazing and the staff is very very nice, but we got a hotel to rest, and we really couldn't do so due to the explained above.I am sorry, but I would not recommend the economic rooms at all and I really hope that the other rooms are up to the standards that they actually should cover.
The female evening receptionist was an absolute joy, and the male cleaning staff were exceptional. The room was so quaint with balcony and high ceilings.
On booking.com it says there is breakfast and in the hotel there isn't.The day receptionist was a horrible man who was put out when I asked for the room that I'd booked on the first night and after I asked for a late checkout on the last day became incredibly impatient.I had to beg for the room I had actually booked and not the one they placed me in on the first night. After id travelled quite far to get there was exhausted and was confused that the room I was in wasnt the one id booked, the bed was uncomfortable and it felt cramped it made me feel quite ill because it had a view of the lift shaft which was in the courtyard and was see-through and I could see the lift going up and down all the time which gave me motion sickness, I explained this to him and I felt gaslit because he didnt seem to believe that could be a thing, the bed in the first room was also too hard for me to sleep on, so it ruined my first night. I explained that I wanted the room the I booked, and it ruined my entire first morning, having to move my stuff. He made everything my problem and at the end of my stay he was so vile he threatened to and seeminly did call the police to intimidateme to leave on the last day (I tried to explain about my disability and how it takes me longer to get ready but once again felt gaslit.) I had to then seek solace in the restaurant next door and asked them to get my bags and store them for me instead of use my free storage for the day at the hotel, because of how unwell I felt with the interactions with this receptionist- this totally ruined my last day in Rome. Who calls the police on a guest staying in their hotel trying to take care of themselves?
Great location, friendly staff. Good wifi, worked well.
There was some minor damage in the room: a piece of baseboard was missing, it looks very ugly, and it is not difficult to fix at all, it is strange why this has not been done yet. Also the wooden door to the balcony was also crushed in one place. The damage is not critical, but it looks terrible.
location and staff
lots of hair on the bed sheet and blanket. very old room furniture . couple of damages. definitely not 3 stars in my eyes.
The location is the ONLY good thing
Dirty stains on pillows, peeling paint, tiny space, and best of all a cold shower if you wake up after 630 a.m.
Staff absolutely brilliant salamat so helpful in all needs good gym to well worth it Myself and my wife wish we had more time there definitely will book again see you soon guys
We understand breakfast situation not staff fault
It is located in vert good district! The stuff is great and helpful.
The WiFi didn’t work for 2 days and the room was different from a picture . Uncomfortable washroom .
The location of the hotel is great.
AC not working well. The bed cover were not that clean and the toilet had a bad smell.
Very good location, walk distance from Vatican or Piazza del Popolo. Nearby are shops, restaurants.
Bathroom was moldy and smelly.
The hotel is in a good location and offers value for money
The hotel is not well posted and doesn’t show that it’s on the first floor also the shower in my room didn’t have a holder so had to use it as hand held.
The staff were nice.
The room was falling apart and the ac did not work that well. There was no breakfast as far as I am aware.
Very comfortable bed and good location for the metro, Vatican City and the Stadio Olympico, but at the same time not being a massively touristy area.
The room was very small, I was a solo traveller and barely in the room so it wasn't too much of an issue, just something to be aware of.One morning the shower was a bit temperamental but turning it off and on seemed to resolve it.
The staff was very nice
Not Clean, and not possible to open any window (and if you tried, the balcony was full of birds excrement)
We liked that the receptionist helped us switch rooms with a balcony. And later it helped to find a way out for transportation. He was the best worker of all stay days. We loved the bed, it was really nice and soft, the balcony provided a lot of light and coziness and the air conditioner works very quietly, which was very surprising. Location is very good.
I think it's time to clean the shower because the shower head was very dirty. Everything else in the room was clean.Think of small favors that would help improve the stay of other guests, small soaps, shampoos and other things.
Everything went smoothly, the room was clean, the area super friendly.
Everything just perfect, can highly recommend this place. Very kind staff, place is neat, good location as well. Will definitely come back. We were told that only room with shower is available but in the end we got room with bath, such a nice surprise. I love this place. If you want break without stress, definitely book this hotel.
There is nothing bad about this place. Everything is just perfect here.
Rooms were super clean, staff very helpful, Fridge working, good lighting.
The rooms are too small. The shower space is too small to comfortably take a bath, i accidentally turned the tap off with my back while showering multiple times. No bidet or hand shower.
