Concept Terrace Hotel

There was construction and it listed it self as a 4 star hotel which it wasnt rooms were dirty furtniture old

The property is in an excellent location. We arrived late, after staff left, but they made the self check-in process very easy. You can walk to most of the major attractions. You can also easily take the metro or a cab. The staff were ALL amazing. Extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast each morning was lovely and they make great cappuccinos. It’s also lovely to have a terrace to sit out on.

We had three adults in a room so we had to use the sofa bed, which made the room very small when the bed was made up. The bathroom was also very small, but also common in Europe. With that said, I would stay at this property again and highly recommend it.

Great location, 15mins to train station, 15 mins to all attractions, room booked was very comfortable, spacious and clean, breakfast great selection and fresh & the staff faultless

We were a family of four so we needed two beds which was consuming the space in the room little too much but it was expected anyways. Nothing negative about the hotel in general.

The breakfast was amaaazing! They make you fresh juice and cappuccinos/espressos. Lots of fresh fruit..we had an early morning tour and they offered to open breakfast for us without us even asking :). Very clean and great location. It felt safe. We would absolutely stay they again! Really, just pick this place

The bathroom was very big, we had a balcony and the room was big too. Everything was clean and staff very friendly. The location was the best thing because we could reach every part of Rome by foot without usin public transport or taxi. Vatican was 20 min by foot from hotel, coloseum and everything else was accesible by foot for about 10-15 minutes. The neighboorhoud was very nice near the shops.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They assisted us with a late check-in, and even though we arrived with children quite late at night, the process was smooth and effortless.When we left early the next morning—before breakfast service had started—they kindly filled our thermoses and offered some food suggestions, which we greatly appreciated.The room had a large balcony, a clean and functional bathroom, and, by European standards, an excellent breakfast. We stayed as two adults and two children; the sofa in the room had been converted into a bed for the kids. It wasn’t the most comfortable option, but since it was an extra bed, we didn’t have high expectations. The sheets were spotless, though the room was a bit dusty. Given that the room faced the main street, this seemed understandable.After check-out, they stored our luggage for us, which made our day much easier.The hotel is within walking distance of metro and bus stops, and if you’re not traveling with children, you can reach many places in Rome with a 15–20 minute walk.If we return to Rome, we would definitely consider staying here again. Many thanks to the entire staff for their hospitality.

The terrace, just a little spot with two chairs and a table, is exactly what I was looking for. I took my laptop out and sat there watching the cars and the sun go down. The room wasn't anything special, but that spot was perfect. The location was great to go to restaurants and popular tourist spots.

Perfect location, modern decor,, clean, comfortable bed, nice shower, nice breakfast, very friendly staff, nice rooftop with views. 15 minutes from Rome termini train station and 15 minutes from Spanish steps.

Price could be better value for money. It was rather expensive for a 3 * hotel.

rooms need to be freshed with painting an d detail cleaning. SAfe needs to be more secure.BAthroom lacked bench shelving

We had a wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel in Rome. The location is excellent, the rooms are spotless and very comfortable, and the service is outstanding. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The hosts, especially Palmira and Vincent, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. Highly recommended!

The only small detail to note is that the shower door needs to be closed properly at the bottom to prevent water from leaking out.

I had a wonderful stay in Rome thanks to the hotel’s friendly service. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was also very convenient, with major landmarks and facilities nearby. I would definitely be happy to stay here again on my next visit.

Room was vertly small and tight.could hear everything iutside, especially in the mornning when everyone came for breakfast. also the staff preparing it

The girls treated us like we were at home . So accommodating and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were lovely and the breakfast was so relaxed with the girls making us fresh orange juice as much as we wanted . The ladies held our luggage and organised taxis . Highly recommend

We were three to me the room was too small considering we were three plus all the luggage but we made it work . The bed was comfortable and shower . They did over to upgrade the room . I passed the offer since we were leaving (2 nights ) . I was very concerned about the front door in lobby. We would arrive late after dinner and it takes a while to shut . We were afraid of maybe nothing but we are guest and this hotel is new to us . There is no 24 hours front desk

Friendliness of the staff. Very professional. Vincent is 1st class.
