- Clean, friendly staff
- We booked this after a terrible experience at another hotel which we left and refused to stay at. The staff here was amazing. The room was great and the breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again!
- Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Shower had multiple spray locations. Breakfast served in room as selected the night before. Room has a mobile device in it to help with travel and translation app. Electric shutters that let sun light

- Very dated, no Air Conditioning in the rooms, beds are small and uncomfortable, many vagrants and trash in the area outside
- Energy saving device in room that turns off lights and a/c when you leave room. Entrance is on steep hill. Elevator is quaint.
- Breakfast was not at par with the rest of the experience
