Hotel Assisi

Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed breakfast.

Room facing back alley and I got claustrophobic.

Location was convenient and safe. Rooms and linens were clean. Staff was courteous.

The rooms could use updating. But that would likely increase the nightly price.

Location, size of room and breakfast room were all adequate. Location is close to buses and train station. Hotel small but comfortable.

The toilet sometimes didn’t work. The elevator sometimes didn’t work. The room was very very small. The toilet and shower area was extremely small. Noise from the street. The hotel is old and tired looking.

First, all the staff were wonderful. They were always willing to help in any way… giving us directions, calling a cab, or suggesting restaurants. It was quaint yet the rooms were modern. All new rooms with comfortable beds, great showers and a bidet and amenities like makeup removers, and slippers. They even made us lattes and cappuccinos!! Breakfast was good and offered us many options. Great location near to the Neto bus stop, train station and many restaurants right down the block. It was a wonderful hotel!! I recommend highly to people!!

Unexpected and deceiving

Very old furnished, room was dull and we didnt even spend the night

Breakfast was above expectations, quite a choice.The location is excellent, 5 mins walk to the main train station and still in a quiet street.

The bed could have been a bit Sister.

Could reduce single use plastic during breakfast but it is also understandable why they use it. My tv was a bit wonky but my friends all had fine tv.

Breakfast was the best we’ve had in Italy.Eggs, fresh fruit, yoghurt, toast, croissants,cakes, biscotti, etc. Fresh coffee and teas.

Great location near train station

It was a little tough to cool the room but the temp was about 100 degrees outside.

The staff went above and beyond, anticipating my requests. Breakfast was okay. The location is insanely good.

The neighbourhood. Extremely dirty, but not the hotel's fault of course.

Problems with electricity in our room. Could not get cool air or charge phones on a very hot first night. We were moved to another room the next day - this was fine.

I stayed at this hotel 2years ago sight unseen. It worked perfectly for me then and when I knew I was coming back, without hesitation I booked it again. I was a little sad to see that what drew me to it before wasn’t the same reason. Prices have gone up and I almost decided to stay somewhere else since it cost about the same as other hotels in the area.

The fact that the price was higher for the same product.

The hotel was clean and close to the train station, bus terminus and metro

It was far from the centre of Rome. You have to take transport to everywhere
