- Very luxurious! Loved the window opening out to the cobblestone street below! Also the elevator! And close restaurants and gelato right on our street!
Cons -

Nothing!
Superb location. Friendly and kind hotel staff. Place was clean and comfortable though not modern. Grocery store was right across the street. Central location and easy walk to sites
Small fridge
I really enjoyed my stay! Location was fantastic, very close to nearby attractions. I felt safe and really enjoyed the nearby dining establishments! The room was very spacious, I appreciated housekeeping coming everyday. Staff was very friendly and accommodating- thank you!
My only complaint was the beds. Mine felt very stiff and not very comfortable.
Super location: in the center but also completely quiet at night. Trevi, Colosseum, Forum Romanum are all ca 10 minutes walk.Easy communication with the host, when we had a question, they answered on WhatsApp whitin minutes. Only negative is that beds are much too soft.
Simple. Says what it does and delivers. Perfect location. The well stocked mini bar was great
No breakfast - no problem. But tell, guests close venues for breakfast rather than let them find out for themselves.
Everything, location, cleanliness, friendliness & helpfulness of the staff.Very quiet room, nestled in the very busy streets of Rome, in a fantastic location with lots of great restaurants & shops nearby. Short walk to the Colusseum.
The hotel is perfectly placed to visit the City's attractions. The Vatican City is the farthest away but even that was within walking distance. Carla gave us a list of recommended restaurants and bistro's in the area, the ones we tried were all superb.
Being a typical northerner I would have liked the addition of brew making equipment in the room, however there are plenty of cafes in and around where we sampled the finest coffee.
Simple, comfortable and great value for money. Stocked mini bar. No breakfast service but typical Italian morning “bar” 20 meters away to get your coffee and pastries.
Maybe the hotel has had too many bad guests before but the room is covered in signage about check out times, cleaning times, lost key charges etc.
great location walking distance everywherestaff always accommodating going over and above. rooms basic but comfortable
I think what you pay for you expect overall it was fine
In general everything was very good. I had to stay in a room that was in a nearby building and everything was very good. The location is unbeatable (when you go out to the street you can see the Colosseum in the distance), the room is quite large with everything you need. The cleanliness was very good. Carla's attention was excellent.
The wifi was very bad. It almost never worked. Definitely something to improve
Great location, very comfortable, welcoming staff.
The room and staff were very good. The staff was very helpful even after we left. It was a short walk to many very good restaurants.
I really don't have any complaints about the hotel.
Location of the hotel to places like the Colosseum and Roman Forum was great. The lady that checked us in was friendly and gave us some information via whatsapp that was good.
The room didn't have tea and coffee making facilities. The bed was rock hard. When we spoke with the gentleman didn't speak English and when we used Google translator, he said that he would look into it. He didn't and we ended up putting the spare blanket under the sheet to pad it out.
We liked the fact that it was in the heart of Rome, and not far to the Coliseum. It was safe and comfortable and the Managers were very helpful. We were there quite early and they stored our luggage.
Nothing not to like, it was perfect for our needs
Review on behalf of my mother who travelled with us, stayed in a single room. Loved my stay at the hotel, rhe staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean.
the location is very goodthe room is cleanthe staff is very friendly
You need to change paper cups to glassin the evenings the water in the shower was quite cold
Great generous sized room with balcony, very clean, nice having balcony opening from room. Friendly helpful staff, excellent location, easy walking distance from all major sites. Great restaurants close to hotel, good variety of shops nearby. Would stay again and enthusiastically recommend.Historic lift to rooms is interesting feature
Bedspread, would prefer warmer cover
Very central location where you can reach everything by foot. Some nice restaurants and cafes near by as well. Rooms where large and with high ceiling. There is a very cute 100 year old elevator which should be a tourist attraction :P Staff were very friendly and even allowed us to check in earlier since the room was ready. We also could store our luggage after check-out so we could have few more ours in Rome walking around.
Check-out at 10:00 was a bit early, but I guess that's why you can have check-ins earlier than other places.
