Orange Hotel

The location and price were excellent. The staff was helpful and spoke English. It was safe.

The rooms were a little smaller than usual, but it was well worth it for the price and location.

Room and furniture clean

Door with adjoining rooms. Locked but we could hear everything in the other room (including conversations) and they could hear us too. Air conditioner control was annoying

Good location

When we got to the room it was extremely dirty. There was something coming out of the shower head, there were ants on the floor, and the walls were disgusting. On top of that the security was not good at all. Anyone could come into the hotel.

The staff were great, everyone was very helpful and accommodating. The room was plenty big and a great location near the Vatican.

Room was very dated, air conditioner didn¿t work (but open window suited me fine¿ mosquitos were a bit ravenous though), even with do not disturb sign up had door knocked on every day asking if I wanted cleaning services

Loved the location - perfect and easy to find. The bed was very comfortable!

We were perpetually waiting for the front desk staff no matter the hour. The light in the shower didn't work, there was no privacy after coming out of the shower, the hotel promised two beds and we ended up with one etc.

Amazing hotel steps from the Vatican! It was super modern in it's design, very friendly staff, huge room, bathroom with amazing soap peppermint soap, near shopping as well and nice restaurants and bars, fun lobby area with desk, and outside area Cool!

The restaurant and terrace was closed.

Lack of amenities. Features of hotel were not what I would expect for a typical 4 star property. Besides location and staff I would not recommend it.

Traffic noise led to cancelation without any reimbursement. Also, the staff were immature and unprofessional besides the room appearing unclean. Inexpensive fixtures everywhere. Other hotel guests appeared unhappy as well.

Location

Ac/Heat did not work tv did not work water stains along wall. We Place dirty towels on the floor to be replaced by hotel staff,but they hung dirty towels back on heated rack instead of changing them.

The only thing 4 star about this hotel was its location.

The room we were given had paper thin walls and we could hear normal conversations from the neighboring guests. The tv was small and was placed into a large frame on the wall. There was not enough light in the room. The bed was uncomfortable.

Staff and location

Bed was a little stiff.

The location is great. The staff is very friendly. Cleaned every day.

The room is very poor. There are not a mirrow in the room. In the room there is no repair. No dressing gowns and slippers. Rang 4 star is obvious incorrect.

A/C worked great, which is a necessity in the summer. Good location.

Would have liked more shelf space in bathroom, and shelf in shower to set shampoo, sponge, etc. - Not having anything made bathing quite awkward.

Its location is super if you want to lingering around Vatican. But if you want to visit Rome center, subway station is a bit far. There are plent of shops and resturants around.

You have to haul luggages over the steps although only few. They do not have luggage storage space.

The front desk staff were excellent! Very helpful. The breakfast and balcony area are amazing! So enjoyed location! Very funky hotel!

I wish the AC was better. No coffee maker or tea kettle in room.

Two separate beds, narrower than twin beds. Neither very comfortable.
