The location

I booked superior roomFirst they give us a tiny room Then another old room But not the superior as I seen in Booking

the location of the guest house was fantastic. Couldn't have been more central. 10/10

There was a foul smell of drainage in the bathroom. the lift landing was also rather messy and used as a make-shift storage.

The hotel located in old building with stairs. Need help with suitcasesThe room faces a street with restaurants and there was noise until 2:30 a.m.

Staff were very helpful and kind. Room had what we needed for our one night in Rome. Location is 10/10 for attractions.

The room was exceptionally small. The staff didn't share much about the property.

Excellent location, walking distance to Trevi foundation and Spanish steps as well as lots of restaurants and bars. Room was comfortable and clean, with a private garden terrace and mini bar. Staff were excellent, so helpful and attentive.

Nothing, we honestly couldn’t fault our stay.

Did not eat breakfast. Felt very safe exploring. Staff very helpful providing map and information.

We did not like:1. Paying at the end of the stay2. Walls on the inside of the hotel were paper thin, we heard everything around us3. Cleaners start at 8:00 AM, and were very loud4. Checkout being 10:00 AM is way too early, no time for relaxing or more exploring, everything felt very rushed and not worth the price, in general.

The location was fantastic. It was very close to attractions, shops and restaurants.

My room was quite noisy from other rooms and the street outside.

the location perfecto. The kindness of the people in the lobby around the corner. They give us an upgrade to avoid moving the room. Shampoo, cream, hair dryer everything was fine.

Very clean. Convenient to the older parts of Rome. Decent dining and shopping close by.

The office to check in was around the corner so not very convenient. All of the staff were extremely courteous, accommodating, and most spoke English fluently. I do recommend

In a great location! Lots of restaurants & small shops all close by- not to mention the Spanish Steps are right around the corner!

Very good location, beautiful hotel and comfortable room. There was everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay in Condotti Palace.

Great location and staff very helpful

Noisy room and the shower was very dark. We were in the annexe and we had loud people outside the door, furniture moving above and banging and the street outside was loud.
