    • Location
    • Location was accessible to main attractions But very wierd situation that there was no official sign and it took me a while to figure out where to go!
    • It¿s location

    Cons -

    • Yes, they claim to be a 4 star hotel but its not even closed, they do this to be able to charge a huge amount of "taxes" for being a 4 star hotel. Lots of noise from the outside
    • Some of the staff rude. Location was good, but that was weird the hotel was inside a building and each them I had to buzz to someone open my door!
    • I get that the building is historical and very old but as a 4 star hotel, I¿d expected to see some renovations done inside the rooms. Our shower was leaking. The tiles were nasty old.

A very noisy tram track next the hotel forced us to change it after one sleepless night. The hotel management refused to refund the interrupted stay.

Location is near Campo dei Fiori

This is a 3 star hotel at best. It is more like a residence hotel. It does not qualify for 4 stars. The walls are thin. You hear your neighbors whole conversation. The rooms are tiny and the bed is not comfortable at all.

    I like the bed

Did not like the 2nd floor entrance, not enough space to store luggages

    The location

It's a pretty loud place and it require serious maintenance specifically for the bathroom.

Location was good, close to the major attractions in Rome.

The hear in the room was not working and this is wintertime. We alerted the staff who tried to address it, but nothing changed. The bed was very hard, the hardest I have felt. Room very small and very noisy from the tram going outside during the day.

The location was fabulous, within easy walking distance of the Forum, Coliseum, Pantheon, and Vatican. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very helpful and recommended some superb restaurants. It was also right next to the street car.

The street car was right next to the hotel. If you are sensitive to noise, this could be a problem for you.

We liked the location and neighborhood. Easy access to things around Rome. Staff was friendly.

The walls were very thin making it very noisy. We could hear neighbors, cleaning staff and even outside noise very loudly. The train ran right outside and caused the building to shake, this ran late into the night. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

    Location location and friendly staff

The star rating isn't accurate. You can hear the tram during the day and night. The hotel is side a building making it hard to find. Their were a tons of flies on the front entrance leading. I would rate this a 2.5 stat hotel

Loved the charming old-building architecture and funky/quirky interior design. Front desk staff were awesome, breakfast delicious. Location was great, central to everything we wanted to see.

The tram that runs along the adjacent major street was SO LOUD and actually shook the building. Try to get a room facing the piazza or back alley. Some of the interior finishes were a bit shabby or small things were broken, like the AC did not work, etc.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-17-2017

Its location is great for sightseeing, both in central Rome and Trastevere. Its staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

The air conditioning unit did not seem to be working properly, and neither did the blow dryer. The room was adjacent to the street, where the trolley drove by, making it very noisy in the mornings.

The staff is what made this trip, this hotel is more like a bed and breakfast, with a small staff we got personalized service, 24/7

    5RayPosted on: 2-19-2016

Very good location, easy walking distance to all main sights. Breakfast made for a good start to the day.

First room was at the front of hotel, room was in need of renovation and the noise/vibration from the trams was unacceptable. Luckily we were moved to another room which was in a better condition. Difficult to find hotel at night, improve signage require

    Some of the staff.

Not a four star hotel. Has the lift (elevator) of a one or two star hotel. Not near the Pantheon OR Piazza Navona! One of the two noisiest hotels I've ever stayed in, at least the room they put me in.

    3IongPosted on: 9-7-2015

The hotel is very close to everywhere (e.g. Trevi Fountain). The room is also very clean spacious (one of the two rooms we have)

The morning staffs, especially the old guy at the reception. The hotel is located on first floor (it is not really a hotel but take the whole floor and make it like a hotel), and the elevator is very small which can fit 4 adults max a time.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-17-2015

The hotel was clean. Breakfast was very good. The lady who cleaned and did the breakfast was super nice and helpful. Despite not speaking English, she was great at figuring out what we needed and trying to help. The location was fantastic. There was AC.

There was mildew in the shower. The front desk was a bit grumpy and not overly helpful. I'm pretty sure we were over charged.

    8RosalindPosted on: 6-30-2015

Charming hotel, we had a big room. It is located on the first floor of a building. Exellent locatiof close to Piazza Navona.

The AC was noisy and breakfast is average but on the whole a pleasant hotel. Not very "modern" and new but facilities are functional .
