Hotel Latinum

I was lied to and the hotel did not provide a room for me and locked me out after a three hour wait after check in. I did not stay at the hotel and was out on the street searching for six hours for a city fully booked in Rome italy

The hotel lies and are liars.

They have nice staff, coffee tea and warming pot in the room.

The staff were wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay.

It's not this hotel only. It's everywhere in Italy. There is no conditioner or body lotion. so bring your own.

Very helpful staff. Great transportation links to bus lines and tram to Termini main train station.

Not noisy at night

The hotel is modern.

We had to wait the room was not ready and it was hard to communicate with the staff due to the lack of English.

Hotel staff was wonderful. They provided us with restaurant and transit recommendations that were greatly appreciated as we had not stayed in this area of Rome in the past.

Cleanliness was fine, EXCEPT for the carpeting which was nothing short of repugnant. This is our only complaint, otherwise would recommend this hotel.Initially disappointed in location, however when public transit was understood that concern disappeared.

The decorations, room, breakfast was the same every day but enough variety. Very nice service staff.

The room and facility was very well maintained, clean, and in a great location! The staff were all very accommodating, helping us navigate the city and directing us to where we needed to go. It was a very quaint and unique experience!

The staff are professional, have great customer service and add a family touch. Breakfast was home made and delicious. The room was all new and clean.

Frendly stuff, convinient location

At night the area can be a bit sketchy as it is an immigrant neighborhood with asylum seeker shelters and such.

Discreet Secure entry.Located at the historic Porta Maggiore gate with aqueduct. Public transport directly across the street to go anywhere in Rome. Several restaurants within walking distance.Rooftop patio.Continental breakfast, with great coffee to order.

Room on the small side by American standard.We had our granddaughter in a crib one of the nights, it was very tight getting around the room. Could have used a chair.

Very tiny room, definitely not a triple room. Cannot adjust A/C temperature, only on and off. Noisy and shady area. The breakfast area is so small you need to book a slot. Below average breakfast.
