San Marco Hotel

Excellent hotel, excellent location. Breakfast surpassed my expectations.

Staff was really helpful and friendly. I loved the breakfast.

They asked to stay one nigth at other hotel because they did not have available rooms.

Air condition at room didn't work. They fixed after one day, but still didn't work. We asked for change room but they didn't allow to do it. There was unexpected city tax to pay when we came.

Night staff that were unbelievable rude and refused to speak properly with the woman in the group. We messaged a few days before asking for a twin room, which was confirmed. He refused saying he would make the sofa bed tomorrow as they were full. He said he would speak to 'the husband only' We are not married and are just friends but would not engaged with the woman. He let himself into the room without knocking when the male traveller asked him to make the bed up that evening. He was shouting and stomped about the room. He made the female very uncomfortable and not valued

Hotel is near to Roma termini (hardly 5-8 min walk). Also place is very near to metro and bus stop (492).Very easy to navigate to tourist placesHotel staff were good Indian veg restaurant (Hotel Saravana Bahavan) is also near by for vegetarians

Probably, items for breakfast could be with more varieties of hot and cold items. It shouldn’t be restricted with shop bought items (example: corn flakes, musseli…)

Location, cleanliness, wifi

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever seen at a hotel. I would stay there just for that. And it’s a block from the metro.

The door key is needed for lights.

Close to Rome Termini and La Pasticceriera. Hotel was quiet. Bed was comfortable

Shower head in my room needed some repair to keep it from spraying the whole bathroom

It was near places to eat.

The bathroom and elevator were tiny.

I enjoyed my stay overall, but I was disappointed that the room did not include a kettle, a microwave, or a washing machine. These are basic amenities that are available in many other hotels and would have made my stay more comfortable and convenient.

Located close to Rome Termini. Older man with glasses at Reception was helpful and friendly. Good size room.

The shower screen was loose and wouldn’t stay in place so when taking a shower the floor flooded. The bathroom tiles around the edge of the bath and shower screen need replacing. They look dirty and brown where the grout has worn off. I asked the night before I left if I could have a wake-up call at 6am as I explained I was having problems with the alarm on my phone. The gentleman on duty said yes definitely but he forgot to call me. Lucky I woke in time to quickly get organised, raced to the Termini for the train to the airport. The bed was hard also.

Simple hotel very close to Roma Termini. Very polite staff and breakfast was good, too.

Lots to like. Great breakfast, location and staff. Internet speed was good too.

Toilet flush broke and it wasn't fixed despite my request. Last night before my departure I could hardly sleep. The room was ok otherwise.

Convenient location 10 min from termini station , easy check-in, staff friendly, restaurant nearby.

Room was spacious which was great ,Bed was low to ground so got a bit uncomfortable after a few days.

The hotel location was good. Roma Termini and the metro are close. The hotel room was clean and spacious. There were no disturbing noises from outside. The breakfast was really rich and had a lot of choice.

Hotel a bit tired looking, needs a refresh.

The location of the hotel is very good. Close to the metro, bus stop, supermarket and several restaurants.The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast and the breakfast package on the day of departure was perfect.The rooms were clean.I highly recomment it.

Our room was big and perfect, but my family members, who were 2 in one room, found the rooms a bit small.The warm breakfast cooled down quikly, as there was quite cold in the restaurant area, but it's just a luxury problem, as the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. :-)

Close to Termini and Public Transport. Great breakfast. Very clean room.
