Breakfast very good delicious croissant and the coffee machine pretty good. The hotel is rather old fashioned but the staff were very pleasant. My budget was pretty small and I was happy. Just opposite is decent restaurant where tourists, business men and italian families est which was effect for me as I was out till quite late each day.

I wasn’t expecting great luxury so was not disappointed in any way.

Extremely Disappointing Stay - Avoid This Hotel

I stayed at this hotel in Rome from December 7th to 8th, 2024, with my family, including my 3-year-old daughter. Our experience was extremely disappointing due to several issues with the hotel facilities and staff. On the morning of our departure, we had to leave early to catch a train from Roma Termini. Unfortunately, the power went out in the entire apartment, and there was no backup. Our room was on the 5th floor, and without electricity, we had to carry all our luggage, including a pram, down the stairs. When I requested assistance from the hotel staff, they were incredibly arrogant and refused to help, despite the situation being their fault. They showed no concern for our predicament, not even on humanitarian grounds. This lack of support and empathy from the staff was unacceptable and made our stay very stressful. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel to avoid a similar experience.

    great coffee.

No fruit .ham or real cheese,{only soft cheese in flat envelope} .We were informed breakfast was 8 am---10am but when we got down at 8-15 all bread finished and was told there was no more ! however we complained to reception and the following day a bigger loaf was there.

The service was extremely poor. We intended to store three bags at reception and come back to collect. The receptionist could not give us receipt. When we asked how could we prove the bags stored with you and he just told us that you can take the bags away. We indeed took the bags away and stored the bags at the railway station. Also the room was not clean and we asked to change a room. The hotel at beginning said no room can be offered for a change. We told him that you asked us to choose two single beds or a double bed which simply mean that you have spear room. The hotel than agreed to change the room.

Location, cleanliness, loved the room, loved the lift!!!!

The breakfasts and some staff were quite unfriendly.

Great central location. Cozy atmosphere. We had a nice corner room with windows on 2 sides exactly as pictured on Booking.com. Bathroom was very big. Shower head needed to be changed and was replaced immediately, even though it was a Saturday.

Breakfast was a little too plain, can definitely be improved. Water temperature was inconsistent. Beds were not comfy, so we had to put some blankets under the sheet, and then it was OK. Noisy at night (no fault of the hotel, of course), but if you are looking for a quiet place, you need to choose another location.

Shower head was old and clogged and water came out as a trickle

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is a hotel adequate to the price, but the breakfasts were terrible (breakfasts were organized at a minimal cost).

In the middle of the night, 2 workers unexpectedly knocked on my door and insisted that I open the door. The light in the room was turned off due to a faulty sensor. It was very scary and terrifying for this single lady. I was very scared and stressed at that moment. That's why I don't recommend staying here.
