Pros +
- Location, the staff attitude and the breakfast.
- Cute little place, a little older in style but gave us what we needed for our short stay in Rome.
- We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. It was very cleanEven if the room wasn’t new, they were cleaning it every day and changed the towels. The breakfast was enough for the price. For extra charge they give us late check out, because for our evening flight.
Cons -
- The charge that weren't included in the ammout agreed, like the air conditioning control (¿5, per day) and a city tax (¿4 per night per person) that had to be paid in advance and in cash. The TV service was poor, at best, the bathroom and the elevator.
- The only issue was the smoke detector, my boyfriend can’t fall asleep easily so it was hard for him to sleep. It was in the middle of the room and it blinks every 5 seconds, I was able to sleep but I’m a heavy sleeper. It was also next to the road so sometimes you can hear the roadwork in the morning and can be noisy.
- Most of the staff are grumpy especially the ownerShe sits in front of you while you eat breakfast

We loved how close it was to Roma Termini. They were very sweet and we appreciated the 24/7 someone being at the front desk. The room was spacious and there was daily housekeeping that always stocked us with new towels.

location was very good
The workers talk very loudly while cleaning early in the morning. Because of this, I've woken up several times.
The location is great with nearby transport and 5 min away from train station. Staff is friendly and allowed us to check in early. The bed was comfortable. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after check out. I would stay at this hotel again.
Excellent location: few minutes walk to Rome train station; many good restaurants around the hotel.
Shower place slightly too small but still tolerable for us since we’re small size but for tall & bigger size people, it’s not suitable
good location and good hotel owner .room area and beds number.
The reception is not on the ground floor, and the hotel occupies three floors in a residential building. The kitchen and reception ladies are very strict — they monitor every food item eaten and complained that my children eat too much.
The hotel is in a very good location, easy to access it from Termini. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is pretty good. The staff is helpful and the hotel has a 0-24 reception with luggage storage.
The hotel shares its elevator with other hotels and it can only used by 2 people at the time. The breakfast could use more variety regarding the cold cuts and cheese. The hotel rooms are a bit outdated. The bathrooms were pretty small, especially the showers.
Very friendly and helpful staff - especially the gentlemen at the reception desk, took care of everything.Well-equipped rooms, convenient location for trips around central Rome.
There was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the room, even though it was listed as non-smoking. I don't know if it was left behind by previous guests or if the smoke was coming in from other rooms. This was the only thing that spoiled our impression of the accommodation.
Free breakfast, cold AC.
The small elevator that can take a while to service 6 floors.
The room was well kept and cleaned daily, staff friendly and available 24 hours a day. Free breakfast was nice and an ideal way to start the day. They had a decent variety available, and baked goods were delicious. A good base is very close to termini station, but most attractions are a good walk away. Lots of food options and small shops close by. There is a small elevator with a small weight capacity, but there are lots of stairs, so it is not ideal for people with mobility issues. Extra pillows would have been ideal in the room.

The staff were all very nice and everything was super clean!
The bed was a little hard, the elevator was a tad slow and I wish that there was a do not disturb door hanger so that they knew they didn’t have to come in everyday.
Good position
Morning staff wernt very friendly and I saw breakfast items however they wouldn’t offer me anything because it finished at 0930 and I was downstairs at 10 -not very accommodating when there were boxes of cereal sitting there - was also very very noisy with doors slamming all night and morning
Absolutely nothing. The place is a dump
The request for the booking went through for the wrong date. I contacted hotel Milo via booking.com. they cancelled my booking and took the money. They didn't respond further to any of the emails I sent or requests to change the date. They are robbers.bi am now over £100 out if pocketBooking.com did nothing to help me
