    • Clean rooms. Evening entertainment.
    • Location
    • The staff that was at the Front Deak (non managers) really had a positive Attitude.

    Cons -

    • Location
    • When I asked for iron, the staff told me they cannot give it to the hotel¿s guests for safety reasons!!!! For the spa you will be charged extra. It is in a very low quality.
    • The room we had was 424: The mattress was no less than a decade old (see photo) Impossible to get a good nights sleep on that horrible mattress pillows that were ancient, sheets that were thin . Bathroom had mold in shower, Viee was a block wall of ACs

    The staff and the cleanliness.

The carpet seemed tacky as did the combinations of decor choice. There was an effort made in decor but somehow missed the mark. It seemed a bit tacky. Seemed more like a 3 star with great staff.

The authentic Roman structure was amazing. The rooms are BEAUTIFUL!

You have to pay to use the swimming pool. That's really odd. $70pp for 2 hours

The environment and design - fantastic!Nice staff! Very helpful

Breakfast was pretty bad. Coffee machine inexistent. More like a good 3 star hotel rather than a 4 star one. Moist in rooms.

Good location, the decor is weird though.

High fee for swimming pool access. Breakfast not great.

Location is great, walking distance to all must see places, excluding Vatican. But that wasn't a long ride ether. Staff is very friendly, welcoming, helpful.

Hotel could use a little renovation. With respect to the fact, it's an old building, renovation could happen inside, painting, slightly bigger gym.

I liked everything, except not having a pool to swim in.

I was looking for a hotel with a pool and booking advertised it as a hotel with a pool. In reality, it is spa that you have to pay for. That was a huge disappointment for myself and my daughter.

    Hotel style

Both of the rooms were not clean. Great curtains with whitish wierd spots. The same spots were over the decorative pillows. Candelabras and lamps were covered with a thick layer of dust. There were black hairs on the sheets and on the bathroom floor. And the bathroom floor was not clean as well. With spots and stripes. The breakfast was extremely bad and not fresh…

    VERY BASIC

NOT GOOD QUALITY FOOD .....SPA AND SAUNS NOT OPEN, YOU WOULD NOT CALL THIS A SPA HOTEL, GYM VERY SMALL NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOSWOULD NOT GO BACK TO THIS HOTELON THE PLUS SIDE STAFF VERY GOOD AND DID ALL THEY COULD TO MAKE OUR STAY ENJOYABLE.

There wasn't any view out of the bedroom window. Just out onto other windows. The room was nice but there was a kettle, cups but no tea, coffee, milk to use them with. Staff came across as a little surly. Was a bit of a trek into the centre and coming back was up hill. Didn't get to use/see the pool because those facilities were quite expensive. Breakfast was ok but not fantastico

very beautiful interiors and rooms) great breakfast in a wonderful restaurant with a beautiful panoramic view of Rome ?

    8MichaelPosted on: 4-4-2025

Great location, free welcome drinks and live entertainment each evening in the bar. Stored luggage with no issues at all. Clean room and cool decor.Nice breakfast room with good views and a fine variety of pastries, bread, coffee etc

The pool is an additional (high) cost. Think it was €45 per person for 2 hours and €100 pp for spa facilities. The bed was two single beds pushed together despite booking a double (at least clip them together!)

Beautiful property , stunning rooms and decor throughout

Kettle but no tea/coffee milk - we take our own teabags anyway but we just asked for milk Cups v small but that’s literally only tiniest complaint

Breakfast was ok but nothing special

    8StephenPosted on: 12-20-2024

Loved the room we were in - room 619 which had a balcony and a bath which looked over the city. Breakfasts were also really good considering they are part of the deal, great views from the 7th floor at breakfast. All the staff were really friendly and helpful - very customer focused and the walk into the heart of Rome was only about 20 to 25 minutes

The rooftop terrace wasn't open when we stayed.
