The cleaning staff were really polite

They charge you city tax for a 4 star hotel but the facilities are not at par to a 2 star hotel. Lift didn't work properly. Air conditioning made my family sick.

The location of the hotel and the ppl working there were the shining star. The hotel itself needed a lot of work.

Are room smelled like poop everyday. The toilet didn’t flush properly which meant actual poop was floating in it at all times. We informed the people working twice but it was never truly fixed. The room had stains on the ceilings and walls.

Good location for seeing the sights and accessing public transportation. Clean bathroom. The staff was mostly kind.

The floor had some gum or something stuck to it. The beds were old and uncomfortable. The elevator was scary. Evening staff wouldn't give us extra towels when we needed them. No water glasses or cups.

The room was cleaned and towels were changed every day. An A/C was in the room. Convenient location. Closet available

The faucet was leaking the more you open it. The shower cabin had no shelve to put soap, shampoo etc. no way to fix shower curtain.safe didn't work. Had to leave my key every time to leave the hot. Some new towels were still dirty.No microwave.

The room¿s location: we were on the first floor, so we did not have to navigate stairs with our luggage.

The bathroom did not have any type of clothing hooks to put your clothes on while you showered, or a towel bar for hanging up used, damp towels.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was within a short walk to the train station. the hotel was quite, except for people on the street outside of the bedroom window. The air conditioner worked very well.

The hotel is old and needs updating. There was no place in the bathroom to place personal items near the sink; the sink is on a pedestal with no cabinet. The bed and pillows were somewhat uncomfortable, especially for an older person like me (76 years).

Location, it is very close to Train station in Rome.

The building is very old and the rooms poorly maintained. There was a semi-automatic elevator that was most of the times stock in the upper level. The bathroom furnitures were broken. At check-out there were no staff to receive key. 3 starts Hotel ???

Didn't have hot water and the advertisement said 2 beds but only received 1

Walking distance to train station. Low cost.

Poor amenities. Things (elevator, window blinds, toilet etc.) look like old and broken.

The reception made an attempt to accommodate us out of our filthy dirty room but the only option was a room without AC and broken shower

I can not name one thing I liked about the hotel. The bed sheets were dirty, the walls were dirty with mold and cum stains, multiple dead birds right outside the window, vents covered in dust looking like they have never been cleaned, broken shower foist

Location walking distance from termini station. Clean bed linen. Good wifi.

Hotel in very old building. Random stuff all over the building. Very bad sewage smell in bathroom and room. Toilet and shower falling apart. Maintenance and drilling from 8am so you cannot relax. No kettle / cups/ tea or coffe. Need total makeover.

The location was great, staff was kind and room was clean.

We had to leave our keys at the reception everytime we left, and the walls/acoustic made so that we could listen to everything happening (snores/doors/talk), even waking us up during the night.

I disliked it so much that I checked out a day earlier and went elsewhere. It was dirty, disorganized, and completely unprofessional. I would not send anyone here.

Close(ish) to metro/ train station

Truly worst place I have ever stayed at. The place reeked of cigarette smoke, everything in our bathroom leaked (we told the front desk and they said they fixed it, nothing changed), the wifi was awful. And so much more. I would never tell anyone to stay

All of it. Room was dirty,worn down,absolutely horrible

Proximity to train station.

Was labeled 3 star and would not give it 1. It had blood stains on the top of linen the room was dingy and stained fabrics everywhere. It was a mental challenge to even sleep there for fear of bugs given the environment

Comforter was stained and gross. Only gave you one pillow. Bathroom was just disgusting. Definitely wouldn't rate this hotel a 4 star. Location was only thing good about this hotel. Smelled really bad also.

Hot shower .for the price it was fine

Staff. Clean.

Close to tour buses. Staff very helpful
