Our flight was delayed so we were only able to stay for a few hours. The staff extended our stay for a couple of hours to let us freshen up and rest after a long journey. Rooms were spacious and clean. Location is excellent. Less than 5 minutes from Roma Termini.
The location is best if you plan to take a train from Termini. I arrived early and they gave me my room right away. The room was clean.
The area itself is a bit dark, so walking alone at night can be difficult for solo travelers.

I ordered a single room which had a twin sized bed but I realize that rooms are generally smaller in Europe.
The staff was very helpful and arranged one out of two rooms as early check-in (10 AM) with reasonable additional price since we came earlier than check-in time (2 PM). The location is ideal and near a station.
Sometimes we hear noises coming from street and from nearby rooms. It seems that there is no soundproofing in this hotel. However, this issue is minor.
Location was just what we needed, short walk to train station in a good / safe location. The check in staff and morning staff was SO nice, professional and kind - we did not eat there but breakfast options looked good - we were only there a night but seems like a good place to rest after a long day - no issues.
