Cons -
- AC unit not as good
- Small one elevator . The reception in check in was rude . In check out was good .
- The room is very small we had almost no place to open our suitcases which was very inconvenient. Also the water in the shower wasn't warm. It was either very hot or somewat cold nothing in between.

GREAT BREAKFAST CHOICE, GREAT ROOF TOP BAR, GREAT STAFF
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very big.breakfast buffet was very good!
Elevator needs to be bigger or to install another elevator!
Room size & layout. Breakfast good. Good location
No drawers to put clothes
The bed was super comfy, and the rooftop bar/restaurant was great and the overall location was close to the train station. Air con was really powerful. It has stairs that can take you directly to the roof bar.
Bathroom was functional but on the small side, but the outside sink was good overall. Breakfast was tasty and lots of seats in the resturant, but the buffet room is small so you get a lot of people battling it out for food.
How close it was to the attractions even by walk but also perfect positions for a bus.A lovely roof top bar!!!
The room was smaller than the picture looked
The Guardian was my second stay at this hotel. The location is great — about a 10-minute walk to Termini, yet it’s in a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood. You can also reach the city center in around 20 minutes on foot. This time, the hotel kindly upgraded my room, and I stayed in a suite on the 6th floor. It was beautiful, and the terrace view was absolutely stunning. Breakfast was also quite good and more than sufficient.I was very satisfied with everything, and I will definitely continue choosing this hotel for my future trips to Rome.
Location was good and bartender on roof top was good very friendly
Old dirty chair in bedroom
Big and clean room, air con working like new, nice breakfast with nice selection, good location - close to Termini station but not noisy in the evenings.
Very limited (to 3 pinsas and bolognese) selection from hotel menu.
Very clean modern accomodation.
Staff not the most friendly and while the hotel was close to Roma Termini it was far from the main centre near Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps etc…
Modern rooms and was nice being in a quieter location.
Thought it was expensive for the size of room and facilities.
Rooftop area was amazing. Breakfast was good. walking distance to a lot of restaurants.
No pool.
Breakfast was quite good variety but in a really small area so people keep bumbling into everyone. The breakfast staff are friendly. In a good area.Aircon is very good. Stays on without a key in at the temperature you’ve set.
Where to begin.First room we were given smelt of sewage. It was disgusting. Went to the desk, they said they were fully booked, but they will send someone up. I said if that’s the case we will leave and go somewhere else. She then magically found a new room which didn’t smell, but the double bed was 2 single beds in both rooms, which we had to ask to make into the double bed we had booked. The lift in the hotel is Tiny! If you’re with a family you won’t be getting you all in and/or suitcases. Need to do more than one trip. In the lift, the doors don’t fully close, which is a bit disconcerting.Room itself was quite basic and small for a 4* hotel. Only a bin in the bathroom, nothing in the room itself. Can hear everything around you from water pipes to other guests going into their rooms when trying to sleep. Shower is nothing special at all, and I found the base very slippery and hurt my foot after slipping. The shower also leaks onto the bathroom floor. On the second day, we noticed that the cleaners didn’t clean the sink properly, and the bed sheets they used didn’t look clean. Luckily we only had one more night.
Location great which is why I chose.Breakfast ok.It would have been nice to have had some of Italian fresh bread.I have stayed at the hotel several times previously when it was Smooth hotel
I consider all hotels should sell bus tickets and save me with a walking stick searching for tabacchi .it is in the government interest to encourage the use of public transport
