It’s a simple property

The room is simple, I could hear everything. The location is OK, a bit far from most tourist attractions and for the same amount you can book somewhere more central. The staff looked unfriendly, they weren’t rude but you could tell they are tired of their job. I wouldn’t come back

I liked the location next to the train station, the fact that the reception is 24 hours per day. Breakfast was really really good. Room was quiet

The location is good, and they have a partnership (ownership) with a Trattoria (restaurant) 200m away that is really good.

The photos on Internet are not reflecting the hotel standard and service.

The reception lady was so professional with dealing with all the guests , she even took our luggage and kept it in a safe place even after our check-out

It’s a part from a residental building, the cleaning services are bad they use a piece of cloth to clean up , once you enter the hotel and reach up to the reception you can see buckets full of water and the smell of bleach is so intense in the reception area. They even dry out sheets and duvet covers in front of you in the lobby’s reception and We asked for a kettle they literally told me that there is only one kettle in the whole hotel and I had to wait for the other lodgers to hand in the kettle they had overall it was a bad experience I do not recommend the price is overrated.

Small single but comfortable room with plenty of storage, helpful staff and great location with entry to metro in front of building so easy to get around Rome. Great value for money.

The hotel is well located, with plenty of markets, restaurants, and other places to eat nearby. Everything is clean, and breakfast is free for genuine members on Booking.com. The metro station is right outside – you can walk straight into the hotel without any distance at all.

The only downside is that the motor of the balcony shutter makes some noise, which could be a bit disturbing at night.

Considering the conditions in Rome, the hotel can be seen as reasonably priced. The surrounding area has good infrastructure – there are markets, cafes/restaurants, and other essential facilities nearby.

If Metro Line B had been operating, the location of the hotel could be considered quite good. Unfortunately, due to the line being closed, we had to rely on Rome's irregular and unreliable bus transportation, which caused significant inconvenience.The breakfast was weak – there were very few options and the quality did not meet expectations. The cleanliness of the room was also unsatisfactory; many surfaces had dust that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time.

The location very good the metro en front of the door of the hotel . Breakfast was very good The staff was very polite specially The reception man Mr Patrick and the breakfast manager The only think if you are big the Singel room it’s not. That big one but it’s it’s good hotel comparing the price it’s very good

The Size of rooms are small

The amazing and easy location, from Airport and to commute in the central. The Metro station is just under the building. The air condition is so good, Breakfast has lots of pastries, no Halal selection at all. The hotel is very clean which is amazing.

The reception is on the 4th floor which we did not know, The lift is so tiny two people is ok if more then so squishy.

Not very clean, some facilities are broken. I ask for twin bed they gave matrimony.

The location is perfect, directly up to the Metro Station Bologna! A residencial District, where you can find multiple Markets and Restaurants. The hotel is not too big, but very comfy for the price you pay!.

The noise in the street, I think the windows are not so Isolated, but in most of the night you can sleep well.

The hotel was excellent : very clean, with helpful and attentive staff. It’s located near Tiburtina Station and the metro, making it very convenient for getting in/out and around the city. Breakfast was excellent as well, with a great variety of options.

The room was small but very clean. Good water pressure, hot water. Overall good breakfast. The kitchen cook I believe he is Ecuadorian was very friendly. The room has a small fridge.

The train station was closed during our stay. Which made our stay a little disappointed, as is far.One way to main attractions was about $25 - 30 USD. Of course, the hotel has nothing to do with it.

Exceptional service and cleanliness. We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast had a wonderful variety of food, coffee and drinks.
