    Pros +

    • Staff was nice and helpful
    • Great location, friendly staff, spacious rooms, 24 hour check-in, fast email response if you have any questions.
    • The location of the hotel was great. Within walking distance of most attractions in Rome. I only wish the metra station near by wasn't under construction when we visited.

    Cons -

    • Room could use updating but was clean
    • The hotel was a bit dated, but I think that’s part of the charm. For the money I’d prefer a more updated hotel but that’s my personal preference.
    • The tax fee that you have to pay at the end of your stay has to be in Euro not card payment which isn't disclosed until you check in. This was an inconvenience.

    Location and clean

The room is extremely small and definitely not 14 m² as advertised. Once I placed my luggage on the floor, there was no space left to walk in the room (the bathroom, however, was a good size and not small). There is also constant noise coming from the heating/air-conditioning system, which makes it difficult to rest. What made the experience much worse was what happened at night. The reception staff were polite, and at reception I was informed that the reception closes at 9:30 PM and that I would need to use another entrance afterward, which was fine. However, it was not explained that I needed to place my key card in a box to unlock that door. This important detail was never mentioned, and I was expected to somehow already know how the system works. When I returned late at night, the secondary door was closed and I had no idea how to open it. I spent time asking people around the hotel for help. I then called the number displayed on the main door, but the person who answered did not speak English. Eventually, the door was opened for me.It was a very stressful situation and turned into a terrible night. Better communication and clearer instructions at check-in would have completely avoided this experience.

Location was amazing close to all atractions

We didn't get put in the room we chosen, it was also cold, heating didn't work properly.

Location is perfect. Close to attractions, yet not extremely noisy from traffic, other tourists, etc.

The room was dated. the walls are thin, so was woken up by other loud guests at night. Staff is a little unfriendly, but manageable.

The staff are really kind and helpful, the location is perfect! the room is big and worth for its price.

There were some hair found in the shower and the mattress had some stains on it. The bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable..At night we heard many noises coming from downstairs and upstairs, and its a bit worrying that at 9pm the reception is closed and the receptionist leave..

The breakfast was so basic and also it was just between 8:00 to 10:00.In the morning you hear everything from the rooms near to you.The rooms are so cold and there is not enough blankets

The location was wonderful ! I liked the garden outside as well .

In general it was okay but it might need some little changes the next time. For example the pillows were so unfomfortable, the shower as well .. but in general was okay .

Very closed to city by walk to Trevi. Rooms are clean, quite big and with kettle and minibar. But glass was thin plastic if you want to have a coffe, you need better glass. No sleepers. Hotel was good with this money. Breafast extra, not prefect but ok.

location of the hotel was excellent. Room and bathroom was a good size. Nice roof terrace to enjoy breakfast

The hotel needs to be upgraded and to be given a general and major overhaul, everything is old and tired. The whole place needs to be cleaned properly especially the common areas, walls painted, .....

Katrina on reception was kind and helpful.

The breakfast is a bit limited in terms of choice and availability. The area on top of the hotel should be available to residents.
