- The Hotel has 22 rooms and is centrally located. Many tourist sites within 10 minutes walking. The staff is friendly, efficient, and offered excellent suggestions for walking directions & subway transportation. Good advice for local restaurants.
- Location, easy to walk to everything
- Staff was very kind and the rooms were very clean.
Cons -
- Very small bathroom & shower, but that is the norm in Rome and other big european cities. No complaints.
- The room and bathroom was extremely cramped. The walls were not very clean. I would classify this more as a motel. It was very disappointing.

Location perfect
Bigger room we had three people it was pretty small but for one night it didn’t matter. Location was great.
Amazing location not too far up the hill! The family who runs the hotel really cares about cleanliness and comfort. Making sure you are comfortable everyday and asking if you need anything. Came here for our honeymoon and they even gave us a little bottle of prosecco! I would highly recommend this hotel to people. Ciao!
I liked the proximity to the Trevi fountain and the wonderful restaurants walking distance from the hotel
The very small elevator that could accommodate a few at a time
Enjoyed my stay at this well-located hotel. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I did think the breakfast area was a bit cramped. One day I had a later breakfast and the selection was sparse. Also - my room was subject to quite a bit of noise from what sounded like a laundry or dishwasher upstairs, and loud talking in the private office nearby. This noise did quiet down usually by 10pm, which I appreciated.

Perfect location and very friendly staff
Small room
The location and staff were excellent. The beds were comfortable.
The temperature in the room and its size.
Location is very good! Also the receptionist is very polite, friendly, always willing to help. Room was small, but very clean. You get best for this value.
The hotel is in the center, you can get to everything in a couple of minutes walking. The staff were so humble and friendly.
The property is perfectly located and is in the center of Rome. I can't imagine a more perfect location. Special kudos go to Marco and Simon because both gentleman were very hospitable and kind to me.
I stayed twice; once on my arrival in Rome (I flew from Rome to Sicily) and once on my way back from Sicily. My first stay (sept 6 for 3 nights) my room was better (more comfortable bed). It had a "city view" which actually was of a building directly across the street - there wasn't a nice view. On my 2nd time there sept 14th), I asked for a courtyard room which I read was more quiet. It was more quiet but the bed was very uncomfortable and there were a couple of things wrong with the bathroom (the sink stopper was stuck so that water wouldn't drain - it was quickly fixed when I called the front desk) and the toilet flush had an issue. Both of my rooms I got mosquito bites from bugs that were in the rooms. I killed 6-8 mosquitos there it was not pleasant. I've never had mosquito bites in a hotel room before. I took taxis to the airport both stays and the 2nd stay I was made to pay 10 euros more at Roberto's urging because my flight was delayed an hour and I asked if the pick up time could be changed from 7:30 to 8:30 am. I would have gladly gone at the original time and it wasn't until Roberto called me at 8:15 that I should pay 10 euros more di the taxi for making me wait. I felt a little duped and I didn't appreciate that. 65 euros was plenty. The cab driver told me 75 euros when we arrived at the airport. I recommend the hotel for the excellent location and nice staff.
The customer service from the front desk was excellent. I'm sorry I didn't get anyone's name except Simon (?) who helped me a lot. The front desk employees were very hospitable and kind. I'm surprised the hotel is only 3 stars it deserves 4 stars. My room was very comfortable and the bathroom looked newly remodeled. The shower was hot and felt amazing. The breakfast was good. There's a small outdoor seating area that accommodates 4 small tables as well as a larger inside space. There is a buffet with eggs, bacon and pancakes as well as cakes, croissant, fruit, yogurt coffee and juices. The location is excellent and is about a mile walk to the coliseum. Spanish steps and Trevi fountain are about a 12 minute walk from the hotel. The restaurant that was so great is called Le Grotte and is exceptional I highly recommend it. Sit inside it's beautiful.
Nothing. It was very good!
Location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable accommodations.
location was superb, front desk staff, cleaning staff and dining staff so kind and welcoming-they have really great employees!
Very good location, friendly, helpful staf
Even we ordered a biger room , and we are not such a big persons the room feel dense. Not very good bath planing rack positions that makes shower less comfortable. Poor water stream at shower. We didn't invite breakfast, so I cannot rate it. Few times we returned from the town in convinient hours, the door was locked, so we had to wait.
Quiet, felt welcomed and warm..while very close to shopping and other attractions…
The location was fantastic. We walked everywhere including to the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Gardens of the Villa Borghese, the Roman Forum, and the Colosseum. Separately, we walked from the hotel to the Vatican City (which was a longer walk, but still do-able). There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby -- our favorite was Life Ristorante right around the corner -- superb. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.
I wouldn't call it a dislike, but the room and bathroom were both on the small side and compared to what we paid in Venice and Florence, it was more expensive.
This hotel was perfectly located. The staff was very helpful and even coordinated our transportation for our very early flight
