Trevi Beau Boutique Hotel

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is easy to walk around to visit a large number of attractions. The room price included a continental breakfast.

There is no elevator and it was difficult to get the luggage from street level to the room. One of the staff members assisted us at checkout but it is the one negative if you have physical limitations.

The location was 10/10The staff were very nice

The bed was very high and not comfortable at all, there was no kettle, no tea or anything. The water was 1 euro for a bottle, not even one free bottle to welcome us. The room was very very very dark.

Hotel is cute and charming very clean the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but charming that is to be expected in Europe. Our room was located near a busy street noisy at night but I don’t mind that kind of thing it’s in a busy tourist area. Some rooms like ours you climb many stairs to get to your room no elevator 66 steps to get up to our room we are in our late 50’s and healthy we didn’t mind it was a work out hauling our suitcases up :) I do believe the other building they have elevator so I heard. I didn’t mind it added to the experience. I would just ask a head of time if that is a concern for you.

Breakfast was fantastic. Staff was very friendly and location was 50 steps away from Trevi fountain.

Room size was very small. On the other end of that, we didn’t intend to spend much time in the room so ultimately it offset.

The location was perfect. A few steps from the Trevi Fountain. Many good restaurants close by. There was also good shopping around. Easy access to bus and metro. The room was tastefully designed, ample room. Breakfast was also good and very reasonable.

The property location is amazing and overall, just a really cool boutique hotel. Support staff was very helpful.

Lots of narrow stairways, but that is your for you. We traveled with multiple suitcases and a little baby support. Staff are extremely helpful and there was zero issue. But definitely stay here again.

The location was excellent, the reception area was small though. Breakfast was decent, although it had mostly baked goods.

You can't beat this location. Super convenient, right in the center of the old town but still quiet in the room. The dessert store and restaurant next to it are fantastic. Staff is super nice and helpful. I didn't choose the breakfast option but every morning the breakfast smells so good.

Room is not big but well designed. Not elevator, just FYI for those with big and heavy luggage.

The location made walking available to all Rome’s most important destinations. The staff was so accommodating and helpful. Breakfast included was delicious with many choices. Room was very spacious.

Very cute hotel and great location. Lots of character and charm. Pillows were really uncomfortable and window was broken on one hinge so not safe. But overall really good property.

Close to things

No elevator, and no staff that offers to help carry your bags up three floors up a narrow staircase.

I was really pleased that Claudio brought my luggage up and then when I left down for me. Doing stairs with luggage is difficult for me. You can’t get a better location 2 minutes or less to the fountain and the restaurant right beside it is great.

I didn’t like that my window opened out to an ugly alley with no view. Next time I will request a window looking out front

Unpleasant odour intermittently from bathroom sink

Amazing location right beside Trevi Fountain, great restaurant downstairs and nearby plenty of food options, with convenience store 5 min walk away as well. Facilities are modern and clean, comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Getting to doorstep by taxi can be challenging due to proximity to Trevi fountain with car having to drive through pedestrian street loaded with people. Would advise getting an Uber or Taxi to the main street behind the hotel (KFC) and walk over. Much easier.Room can be abit dark. If you are staying on first floor you can hear all the chatter and noise from the really busy street. I personally enjoying listening to the lively chatter from the streets and the city waking up - but if you don't like that maybe request for a higher floor.

The location was fabulous. It's about 50 yards from the Trevi fountain. It's nestled between a very good outdoor restaurant with lots of greenery and a Gelato stand.

Lack of signage for it's location. More importantly, there is no elevator. If you don't do steps well, ask for a first floor room, even though it's technically on the second floor. BTW, the front desk offers to help with your bags if needed.

Location worked very well for our one night stay in Rome. Both rooms were very comfortable and the bathroom was very good sized.

The shower had issues with hot/cold water. It got super hot and then super cold, I couldn't get it to be warm in between those extremes.

Beautiful boutique hotel within a 2 minute walk to the Trevi fountain. The location is fantastic. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We had to leave at 7am for our flight the next morning, and they brought breakfast up to our room the night before. Just a warning, there is no elevator so if you have heavy luggage be ready to carry it up flights of stairs.

Right around the corner from the Trevi Fountain and central to everything. Room was super cute, good size. Concierge was very helpful.

Bed was not very comfortable for me. Stairs were hard to do with luggage.
