It was clean and clerk was nice

Very far away from airport. Breakfast did not start until 7 am so I missed. Unable to get ice

Friendly staff, clean facilities with good breakfast!

Bathtub drain was really slow when taking a shower.

I liked they gave the family something to eat even the restaurant was close 20 minutes ago

Stayed here for two nights and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I've had at a hotel. The room smelled strongly of damp and old cigarettes the moment I walked in. Bed sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed in weeks – stained and wrinkled. Bathroom was filthy: mold on the shower curtain, no hot water after 5 minutes, and the drain was clogged.Staff were rude and unhelpful. Breakfast was a joke – stale bread, warm juice, and only instant coffee. The whole place feels neglected and dirty. Would never stay here again.

The room walls were paper thin, we could hear the people next room having sex like they were in our room! No privacy.

Breakfast was great, place was clean, staff was nice, price was right.

The bed wasn’t super comfortable but okay.

The mattresses are very old, also the carpets. (They showed me two rooms)The safety box was broken, they fixed the last day of my stay.

Just a bit far from the famous tourist sites. Good of you have a car.

The staff is friendly and will make effort to answer request/ give advice for things like taxi, restaurants...

The hotel clearly needs renovation. Paints are cracking if not worse (especially in bathroom). Toilets are covered in calc. Beds are not comfortable. Lighting is old fashioned and does not make the room feel cosy. The breakfast is really disappointing the choice is really poor and the quality is not impressive.

The personeel was good, but the soundproof and breakfast - not. Also it is deffinetly not 4 stars and the hole hotel have to be improved and renovated. But it is good that you have service on the reception.

Breakfast is not good, it has to be improved. Soundproof also. And there are a lot of switchers in the rooms, we were afraid of insulations and fireprotection.

The continental breakfast unusually rich for the Italian standard (although missing some fruits), and the courtesy/professionalism of the staff.

The missing care for details in the room (table moved from wall, bathroom renovated but with old toilet seat cover and other signs of the previous re-make...)

Lobby was nice to sit in.

Staff was rude when I was trying to get my rooms and wouldn't not let me check in without everyone present eventhough rooms were mine and paid for by me. Shower leaked everywhere and clogged so I was standing in dirty water entire time then the bathroom flooded of dirty water.

Good equipped and nice room.

The hair dryer was damaged. Breakfast for money, witch we paid was very poor. For 9 o’clock already was empty plate of cheese, of Sausage and fried sausage. Only sweet Breakfast was left. Also plate of the Cucumber was empty. I definitely didn’t recommend to pay extra for breakfast.

The shower was really gross and dirty do not recommend also the room looked bad and everything smelled, gross carpet. The breakfast is really bad do not except good food or just food. Also really far away from the central area.

Nice size room, friendly staff, great parking, good location and very comfortable

The hotel is very dated but they seem to be working in some issues. Carpets definitely need replacing and a new coat of paint in certain areas

Nice and quiet place. Good neighbourhood, safe. Bus stop is near to the hotel. Spacious room for three persons. Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean room and bathroom.
