I liked that there was a restaurant right outside and the staff were very kind. You can also leave the room key at the front desk and pick it up when returning because the key is a bit heavy to carry around all day.

In order for the lights to work you have to put a keycard (the same one to open the main door) in a slot near the light switch. It is a bit inconvenient if half of the people in your group want to go out and the other half want to stay in the hotel.

I chose it for its proximity to Roma Termini. I was happily surprised by how personable and helpful staff were. Room was clean, safe and secure, as was the surrounding neighborhood. I went to Ristorante Cotto just around the corner and EDAS for an outfit.

Room smelled like pee, small room, does not deserve to be called a 3-star hotel, expensive for what the room provides.

They let us check in early into a room that was large by European standards for that price range. Very friendly with good recommendations and a device that gave us walking directions to restaurants, gelato, attractions, etc. Breakfast was sufficient.

Shower very, very small (stay the way you enter for the entire shower) and water pressure very lowWalls very thin. Good luck if you get ridiculous and inconsiderate 'neighbour' (thin wall goes both way, so the 'neighbour' will definitely know the wall is thin)

Didn’t like booking with booking.com. Did not get what booking.com said we’d get. Breakfast was not included like booking.com said neither was parking. And parking was very expensive.

We adored our room, #222 -- the little terrace was such a pleasure, we sat out and listened to the musician across the street. The perfect perch above live music was an unexpected grace on a very hot afternoon.

"The hotel's location is wonderful and distinguished due to its proximity to the Central Bus Station, the Metro Station, the restaurants, the shops, and the many supermarkets. It is also close to the Historical Center site.​The rooms are new and clean, and their size is somewhat large. Security in the hotel is excellent, as it is not easy for strangers to enter.​The negative point is that I received a room without water or a kettle to heat water for the purpose of making coffee or tea, and even without tea, coffee, or sugar, as is customary even in 3-star hotels. Therefore, I considered the cost of the room high compared to the lack of these requirements. Whenever I saw the reception employee, I requested a water kettle, and he provided me with one.​Thank you to all the employees at the hotel.

No separate climate control. The place was super hot. They had central heating. We opened the windows and we smelled fried fish, had mosquitoes and heard the workers, cars etc.

The location was very convenient. Very close to the Termini although my family and I were mainly taking uber and/or taxi but regardless it felt close to all the sights. The neighborhood felt very safe as well. Ferdinando was very friendly and really made us feel at home. The room had enough space for our luggages.

The breakfast could have been better. The selection was very limited. Also had mosquito bites during the first few nights which caused my eye and some parts of my face to swell. I have no idea how the mosquitoes got in the room, however. I hoped there was a water heater in the room as someone not used to drinking tap water.

The front desk Ferdinando was great , helpful and so friendly.

The bed was a bit hard , overall clean.

The staff is very friendly. The room is clean. Location is good, walking distante to restaurants, station and center of Rome. I’ve not tried the breakfast.

Location

Location was good (a few minutes walk from the main Train Station) and the front desk staff were truly excellent. Very pleasant service team.

This is an older property in need of some refurbishing and renovation. The room and bathroom size was also quite tiny, but that's bit common in the area. All around, manageable for 1 or 2 night stay, but not comfortable for longer stays.

Great hotel for location in central Roma, price, good breakfast in the morning and very nice staff. AC in rooms is great.

Fernandino the best of the front desk…

The mattress was quite firm and the cleanliness wasn’t entirely up to standard. During our stay, we informed the staff that there were children playing loudly in the hallway, but unfortunately nothing was done—not even by the parents. Thankfully, we were leaving the next morning. This situation occurred on two consecutive nights, which was quite disruptive.

The room is very small.The air condition was a bit noisy, at difficult to set the temperature for something convenient.

This was very close to Roma Termini station (like 5-7 min walk) and walking distance to many of other attractions. Fernando was a very welcoming host and kept us laughing. Beds are firm but we liked that. Breakfast is excellent! There is some street noise until the restaurants nearby close but we had earplugs and it was fine.
