Pros +
- Close to Termini station and great breakfast.
- We had to leave early due to illness and they didn't give us credit for the day that we weren't there but they were kind enough to let me into the kitchen to eat before we left
- It was next to the main train station
Cons -
- Neighborhood is rough at night
- No it was very cute in our circumstance we needed to eat before 7:00 a.m. and they couldn't oblige us but they did let us grab something before we left at 6:45
- The rooms looked NOTHING like the pictures shown. The shower was so small, my arms banged against sides. The room was no bigger than bed. The ac did not work& they could not fix. Bed was hard as rock with springs coming out of bed. Horrible neighborhood.

close proximity to train
Not so friendly front desk, no apology for their mistake.Booked for double or two twin beds for 2 people, but only a single room was available,& two of us had to spend on a single bed & switched to a much nicer room the next day.
Poor customer service. None
Rooms were nice! Breakfast was very good. Staff even made a cappuccino for us! Hotel was a few blocks from Termini station as well as the starting point for the hop on/hop off tour buses.
My only complaint was that the showers in all 3 of our rooms had a problem with the water going from cold to scolding hot constantly back and forth. Although there was an elevator, there are about 8 steps to climb to get to the main floor from the street. We had a family member with mobility problems so it was a tad difficult.
Location was very convenient. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was sufficient. Nice airflow from the street with the operable shutters.
While the sheets and towels were very clean, the overall property was very worn and not particularly clean. I came home feeling that all of our belongings needed to be washed in hot water and dried thoroughly, just in case... Walls were very banged up. The bathtub had porcelain missing from the tub and the water jumped from cold to dangerously hot instantaneously.
The location was excellent. The breakfast was OK . I felt very safe in the neighborhood.
We reserved a room with three beds and we got there was only two beds. We were told we could get three beds the next day then they lied and told us was impossible. They split the one bed into two. So the two bed was very small.
The location was ideal, close to Termini Station, restaurants, shops, bus stops.
The room was a little chilly, but tolerable. A little more warmth would have made it perfect.

Clean but smallest hotel room I have ever seen. Was adequate for a quick one night stay
Room was not in the hotel itself but down a street from the main hotel. On ground level and street outside very noisy. Hand basin plug was broken and the shower didn't seal well so the bathroom floor was wet after every shower.
Friendly staff and good location Breakfast included meant great value for money, 24 hour reception
Rooms a bit tired shower size in our room quite small for my 6ft 4 husband .
Close to the train station. We only stayed one night and chose the location for that reason. Came in by train and left by train the following morning. (Room 556).
It's located in what looks like a rough area of town.
Very good location, only a short walk to Termini station. Perfect for 1 night in Rome.Good breakfast.
A little outdated. Rooms could use a freshen up.
Very close to the train station, staff very nice with us and big bathroom
our room was not exactly on the hotel, but on a building a block away, which made it a bit harder to travel with 2 big bags and some stars to get them up. Breakfast ok, a lot of sweet packed stuff, missed freshness
The location is really good, even though the surroundings are a little bit tricky. You should pay attention to where you walk. Nothing has happened to our group, but we saw an old man being robbed one street in the surroundings. But you are located very well, near Termini Station. You can walk to Santa Maria Maggiore and all around. The staff is marvelous. Everyone really, really nice! They make a difference.
The Breakfast was the weakest I have ever seen, unfortunately. If it is important to you to have a healthy breakfast, other than option with heavy carb as bread and pie and oat... then, you will miss eggs, ham, real cheese and so on. My room had a toilet that we could barely sit on it, because of the countertop, it was really unconfortable.
Walking distant to Roma Termini. Nice and welcoming staff people. 2-bedroom suite is an excellent choice for family staying together. Good enough breakfast (not an American continental breakfast standard)
Staircase. Weighted ball key chain.

Its very close to roma termini giolitti side hardly 5 minutes walk
The amenities are too old i think they need to be replaced
Hotel is very close to Roma termini station. Proximity to bus and rail makes this hotel a good option.
Hotel rooms need an upgrade. Though it is clean, it needs a refurbishment.
