Great proximity to all transportation modes including hop on-hop off (train and bus as well) not to mention a 20 minute walk to the Colesseum).

The staff were wonderfully friendly! The room was spacious with everything we needed plus thr added bonus of a fridge and freezer which was amazing.

The TV didn't work but I don't normally agree with TV on holiday. It would have just been nice for 5 minutes to search on YouTube about Rome.

The most prominent feature of this hotel was it's location. You can walk to the nearest train station in about 3-4 minutes. Our room was also equipped with a smart tv.

Horrible smell coming from the bathroom. The sink was constantly clogged and drained slowly. Room cleaning was cancelled on one day of our stay. Poor soundproofing between rooms. Non working refrigerator. Lastly, AC was not as cold as it indicated.

Nothing! Terrible experience. Booked room was not available in the 2 star hotel, instead they put us across the street in 1 star Gabriele hotel on 4th floor. Ugly, garish decor, dust and debris under beds, crumbling floor tiles and "mobile" toilet seat.

We tried to call 2 and 1 day before our arrival to confirm our time, nobody was picking phone, supposedly line was broken. We had issue entering the building after 10:00pm, had to wait for other customers with the code. Employee speaking broken english.

Poor basic delapidated room

The 24-hour staff was a lovely security feature, the room clean and safe feeling. The window in my room had been left open. I am glad that I thought to look for whatever the view was so that I could close the window once for my own security. I assume the person who cleaned the room left the window open for some fresh air. First floor (which in Italian means for Americans, the second floor). A small room with safe and fridge (did not use either.) I would stay here again.

I did not understand how to use the safe. I suspect most travelers do, however.

We liked our stay ! It’s such a good choice for this price. Host was really welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable and with everything you need inside.

The location was prime area and this easy access to train and bus service as well as to the city center

Great location: near train station and walkable to many attractions (within 30 min). Helpful staff. Luggage storage.

Nice little typical Roman budget accomodations close to Termini, staff was welcoming, it was lovely. Important point: the bed was comfortable!

Location is good, close to train station and only 20 min walk from Colloseum through small and cousy Rome streets.Clean and comfortable.Staff isvery friendly, we could leave our bags for whole day in hotel while exploring Rome.

Bedding had holes in it and was stained. The lighting and electricals were seriously concerning and damaged. Entire room stunk and had no ventilation. (Even with the windows open it still stunk)The bathroom had no lights, power point in there was extremely dangerous and would cause a fire, the shower also leaked water everywhere and was not clean at allThe safe did not work as it had been broken.
