The room was too hot, the air conditioning didn't keep it cool enough

Location of the hotel is very far from city center and from Metro stations. Wifi in room was barely usable.

Rooftop garden for breakfast, quiet, close to sights, close to restaurants.

need cab from train if taking luggage- sidewalks are not good for luggage (cobblestone)

1. don't know why they make queen bed to be made of two full bed side to side and MOVEBLE!2. room not very clean, very thick dust on the hair dryer. Four star? that must be a joke and I cannot imagine a one-star room in Rome looks like.

Intermittant and slow WiFi -- it starts to take on the importance of hot water, and should be taken as seriously as a service provided

The hotel doesn't seem to be a 4 star hotel. However the location is very good.

It is not value for money. The room is very small in the corner. The carpet was old.The price is too much compared to the room. There was no staff when I entered the hotel to help with luggage. As I went early before check in. I had to take my luggage to the under ground room through the staircase to keep until check in time which was difficult for me as I was alone.

I liked the generous room space, which was comfortable and well organized, as well as the hotel’s location, which was convenient and easy to access.

The bathroom was functional, though a higher standard of cleanliness would have enhanced the overall experience.

The room was exceptionally large and felt even more open thanks to the impressive high ceilings.Many good restaurants close, in 3 minute walking distance.Close to the train station.

I couldn't find a shoehorn or a clothes brush in my room. Should be must in a 4* hotel.A bit far from the main tourist attractions.

Hotel is a bit of a restoration in progress and some parts are being refurbished but no noise problems

Breakfast was great, the staff at the desk was excellent and very sweet. There was a very nice sitting area downstiars in the lobby.

The room was dirty. The fridge barely worked, there was dust under the bed, the walls were dirty and there was mold on the bathroom walls.

Very nice premises, luxurious feel, comfortable room, superb breakfast.

A quiet oasis after the bustle of Rome. Large room with balcony surrounded by flowering Jasmine . Beautiful roof garden location for a generous breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby.

It was a further from Termini station and the metro tha expected.
