    Pros +

    • The room was spacious for Italy. The staff and cleanliness was great.
    • design of the actual rooms is very nicely done
    • General location of hotel is what I liked the best

    Cons -

    • This is not a 4 star hotel. It?s 3 at most. Hotel is rundown. Pictures do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. Our last morning, they ignored our do not disturb sign and knocked on our door at 8am because they wanted to change our mattress.
    • The food at the restaurant was awful. Also the location is inconvenient with the freeway in front.
    • If you are put in a room in the "new wing," entering and exiting involves a long and winding maze that is inefficient and unpleasant to traverse. The hotel is also understaffed. Front desk is overwhelmed and there is no concierge.

I loved the spacious rooms and the staff were amazing. We also loved that you are near the center and all attractions but not to close and far from the noise.

Good location next to Villa Borghese, great restaurants nearby, nice room, good tub, ac worked well, fine breakfast, nice staff (and helpful with dinner idea and cabs etc)

It would be great if it had a more appealing dinner eating menu (it was pretty minimal).

Staff is kind and hotel is nice and clean.

Location is pretty far from the center. Parking is super expensive.

Good location close to Villa Borgese and old city center. The room was clean and spacious, breakfast was very good.

The hotel is located in 2 (?) buildings and one has to take 2 elevators and long corridors to get to the room and back to the reception. I did not manage to find a shorter way out avoiding all that route.

    9GiadaPosted on: 4-3-2025

Room clean and staff friendly.Good position.Wide variety of food options for breakfast

    9AniketPosted on: 3-22-2025

The helpfulness of the staff, options available for breakfast, location and cleanliness.

The bathroom was cramped and the shower arrangement the bathroom wet.

There was a problem with my reservation and we were initilally moved to another NH hotel. The staff at Reservations and Guest Services were able to change it back and gave us an upgrade to a superior suite. Wonderful!

    7SebastianPosted on: 2-15-2025

Good location, friendly staff and quiet location

The bathroom had not been well cleaned.

    6TarekPosted on: 2-5-2025

The hotel was ok, but not worth the money.

The breakfast was crowded and no variety. On our last night there ONE OF THE SECURITY OPENED THE DOOR BY THE MASTER KEY at 12:00 AM!!!!!! He said the door was opened -I am sure it wasn’t closed- and the receptionist next day didn’t even care which is super WEIRD!Receptionist was rude and non-caring! Definitely won’t stay there again.

    6AndreaPosted on: 1-5-2025

The location. 10-15 mins away from Spanish Steps and Fountain of Trevi.

Lobby decoration was quite eccentric, there weren’t any pictures of it when I reserved. Too many neon lights.Bathrooms had mold.Although well located, one had to cross a busy road in order to get into the older part of the city.

    6RobertPosted on: 12-3-2024

    Near the Borghese Park

On Corsa d’Italia - very busy ring road

    10MargaritaPosted on: 11-2-2024

Next to Villa Borghese. 25+ minutes walk to Plaza Navona. The services were great, they pampered you all the time.

Room service food has room for improvement.

    8CalliPosted on: 10-30-2024

Location opposite Borghese Gardens was really convenient and our room overlooked the gardens which was pretty. It was also very quiet in the evenings unlike other city centre hotels. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great selections at breakfast. Styling in hotel public areas was really funky and we liked the Roman mural styling in our room.

The styling in the room was great but some features looked a little worn. The bathroom facilities were good but the shower wasn't as advertised.

    9VivianePosted on: 10-6-2024

They renewed the reception as well as the room. I felt it better but I needed the concierge for a taxi arrange and nobody could help me???

They did give the slippers anymore…I was used to get one during my stays
