?Proximit� to Vatican and Hop On-Hop Off buses. ?car service to airport.

Assigned poor rooms several times (odor, no air conditioning ) none warranted 4-star status; building outlay very confusing; slow elevators; very expensive drinks, and same, bland breakfasts every day had to pay extra for variety options.

Bad noisy location. No electricity 50% of time, meaning no AC, no elevator, no wifi and more. No iron, you need to use a room on the lobby to iron.

I liked that it was very customer service oriented

There were pigeons nesting in the window sill and they made alot of noise

Fabulous breakfast - best I’ve had in Rome. Bed was so comfortable.

Not sure if there’s some kind of renovations ongoing but the hallways are in quite poor condition, bits of carpet and rubbish thrown around the place. Room was small and dark but fine.

Very new bathroom and room in general.Very good breakfast and views. A rare very good hotel.

You have to shoulder the door(very hard) of the room to open it. It was slightly too hot in February and you can't lower the tempreture but we slept with the window open

Location excellent, view from restaurant and rooftop the best.

Rooms were absolutely disappointing, beds were unbelievably uncomfortable. 3 star hotels are much better than these rooms, old feel, passages not a pleasant smell.

Tight room space

The renovated rooms are nice , small but well done The old ones , aren’t worth it !!! The entrance also needs a big refurbishment job done urgently. But the terrace and its view is exceptional , the breakfast is perfect and the breakfast room is with the best view.The serving staff is very kind and efficient

Checking staff not so amicable , not even a smile À little snobbish even . Main entrance needs a serious refurbishment job Elevator is claustrophobic !!!!

The hotel is perfectly situated, close to the Vatican City, between St.Peter's Basilica and Castel Sant'Angelo, That's what makes this place unique, as you can enjoy absolutely stunning circular view of this part of Rome, from the terrace in the last floor.Rooms are comfortable and neat.Stuff is very helpful.We will certainly repeat this experience!

Beautiful view from the rooftop bar of the Vatican (exactly as the photo depicts). The restaurant and bar are very high quality (We had lunch there. I had excellent grilled octopus; my wife had good cheesey pasta of some sort). Helpful staff

The room didn't quite match the description and photo, but this is a minor thing as far as I'm concerned.
