The staff was amazing and accommodating.

The shower was very small. It good if traveling alone.

Everything, this hotel is old, outdated the staff was not helpful specially the night shift and the start level is completely wrong this is not a 3 start hotel, maybe like a 2 star and that's a big maybe, you should correct the star level asap

The location of the hotel is very good to visit the city center. Also the staff is very nice and helpful, especially when we ask to change room.

The first room we had had a very strong mold smell. The staff was very helpful to find another room.

The lady serving breakfast and the man who kept the rooms clean were very kind.

The other staff seemed to care very little. We're not very helpful and English wasnt as good as their concierge. Rooms had a sever draft with windows closed you could here a pin drop and feel wind passing by. Sime staff was rude and didn't care at all.

Almost nothing except the basic breakfast is included.

The hotel is far from metro station and is very old style having old furniture , old wall paper, very old carpetted floor with worn out marks. Washroom shower was not so clean. Although staff cleaned the room each day but this hotel needs overall rennovation replacing old furniture, old carpets and washroom design. Hotel is also far from centre. For the price paid, this place is not worth!!Everytime we go out, keys needs to be submitted at reception, the staff was not very welcoming.The elevator went out of order and person got stuck inside and staff member just said that elevator will be fixed tomorrow with no apology by words or even by body language.

Staff very helpful. They organized taxi to airport in the middle of the night. Breakfast very good.

Facilities. There was only one socket in the room. Bunk bed not very comfortable. Pretty old rooms.

Great location, close to everything! Very good value for the price. Breakfast is quite nice for Rome. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist

The rooms could use some renovation, but overall it’s a comfortable stay and a good choice for a few days in the city

English language understanding by receptionist,Wifi disconnectionthere was not personal in reception and I received my room late.

The hotel is not bad, but a bit far from the city centre, though it has good transport connections. The room was generally clean.

Location is not great. The Spanish man at reception is really mean, he shouldn't be there

The air conditioning barely worked - our room was very hot. We slept with the window open but that wasn’t really a help as it was hot outside even at 3am!

the room was close to a huge motor (possibly firced air) and not acoustically isolated. This negatively affected the sleep.

Unfriendly staff and English poor, aircon not working well, no place for soap in shower.

This was a 2nd stay at this property - stayed here 45 years ago....not a lot had changed. The property had gained some vintage charm...but was somewhat what we expected. The breakfast staff were welcoming.

There is an access issue when entering from via Calabria if you have modified mobility ...there is a chair lift but not the most ideal solution.....perhaps a hand rail in the middle of the steps leading to reception???
