Pros +
- I loved having a large balcony right by the pool
- Very comfortable and attractive accommodations, and very pleasant staff
- I will start with the plus- it’s got a fun vibe in the common spaces and the apartments are roomy if you have a family. Silvia at front desk is wonderful. DOWNSIDE- terrible chemicals odors in the room late morning day 2 or two day quick Rome trip. Went out in morning cane back to bleach/ intense chloride vapors. Both maintenance and manager agreed something very wrong. By the time the matter was settled and they had me pack up ,gave me a new room in another building -almost 4 hours later- I had missed the entire afternoon in Rome. It’s not close to sites, so you need to leave early. They spray for bugs and put the small print in places you don’t see. There are chemical odors and instead of a refund for missing entire day of only 2 days dealing with their chemicals issue, they said ‘ you got a bigger room’’- I didn’t want a bigger room. I wanted to see Rome. Refused to give any refund for chemical inhalation,Waiting 2 hours to determine with staff what’s the issue and another 2 to re- pack and find new room. No refund and missed entire day. COSTLIEST ECONOMY room ever . You are taking your chances.
Cons -
- I did not like how far it was from everything and the city center
- The wifi is not strong enough
- Cleaning of the rooms could be on a daily basis. If you go to Rome for tourism or for business, you would be tired by the end of the day and not willing to clean anything you are paying for...

The room was of a good size, the apartment was clean, but since it is cleaned only every 4 days, it got dusty during the 3 days we stayed there. The bathroom is small, but functional. The balcony is really the nicest place to stay at the end of the day (it was not hot anymore). The closeness to the metro station is a PLUS of the place.
Cleaning of the rooms could be on a daily basis. If you go to Rome for tourism or for business, you would be tired by the end of the day and not willing to clean anything you are paying for...
We had a comfortable stay. Kitchen had everything you need. Bed were comfortable, and you have a big spacious living/dining room area as well as a nice terrace.

Close to the train station 3 minutes walk
Staff at arrival wasn't friendly. No air conditioning so if you come in spring/summer ,be prepared to sweat through the night. The breakfast needs to be more robust and varied. It's ridiculous that you have to tidy up and take you garbage to the main garbage bin at the main entrance to the hotel before you can get your deposit back... this is nonsense after paying so much for 5 nights. Overall, it's not value for money compared to other hotels we have been too in many countries
Very close to the train station and hence the location was good. However, there is no direct train from airport, you will have to change once at the stop called Ostiense. The staff was ok, but mostly junior staff.
- My booking confirmation said there is a private kitchen in my room. But it was not there. I have serious food allergies and always book a room with kitchen, hence this turned out to be a major concern. So certainly there is some misinformation. You might not get, what is described and shown on the booking page. So please be careful, or you will feel cheated like me. - Requested for two single beds and the request was confirmed over email. However, again I got a single queen bed. The hotel staff was not even aware of the request and did not believe till I showed him the booking confirmation. The staff was junior and were not able to take decisions on their own. - I offered to pay extra to get kitchen, however, the hotel said they need to talk to booking.com. The booking.com says they are coordinating with the hotel. Poor communication and no result. It was horrible making calls on international roaming and observing the poor coordination between the booking.com and the hotel. - The junior staff said that they can only take a decision after it is approved from their supervisor. The supervisor was on leave. They kept making phone calls and gave me wrong assurances (like meet me in the morning or meet me after couple hours). The status quo was terrible. - The bathroom door needs oiling, it made strong crackling sound. There were some water leakages in the bathroom as well.
This is probably one of the most comfortable hotels we have ever stayed. Everything is new and up-to-date, everything is very well thought through. Everything is comfortable and convenient. Large rooms, kitchen has everything in it.
Good
We still didn’t get the deposit back …they charge €60 promising it would be back in our account once we leave
Very poor
They have not returned the deposit money yet. I had to pay the deposit money instead of blocking the amount. No one is taking action and returning the amount!! Unexpected.
Great room. Close to metro and town facilities
The breakfast was ok but poor value at €19 Gym was being refurbished so not in use
The location is close to the train station.
The receptionist named Ricardo. He was very rude. He made us waited for so long without attending us, he was just sitting until we approached him. He asked us to sit at the back and said he forgot us? When he saw our passports are Australians, he started talking nice ( you know what i meant). You can imagine how tired we were travelling 20 hours from Brisbane to Rome, so tired.
The staff were very helpful and friendly nothing was too much bother for them. The studio apartment was great and well equipped.
The location, it was further from the centre than I thought. The rubbish bins outside were over flowing.
It was a lovely room in pleasant surroundings
It was off the Metro and connecting was not frequent
Perfect location if you don’t want to stay in the centre of Rome. 2 min walk from train station but cannot hear it. A couple of little shops over the road. Wonderful restaurant next door which does takeaway. Bus stops just down the road.
Swimming pool wasn’t open all day so could t swim when we got back.
The bedroom was nice and clean. Fridge and tv. Modern lighting and double bed comfortable for one night visit. I didn’t get to use the pool/see it as arrived 5pm Nov so dark. Bedroom nice. Bath towels, hairdryer and liquid soap provided. I’d recommend visiting Mastica restaurant ~7min walk away. Luca was perfect! 1.4 miles along a public foot and cycle path to the local parkrun too
Bathroom a little outdated and stains in tile grout. Shower glass door leaked. Area close to the main train station.
The hotel is beautiful and tidy. In a convenient place.
After we left the room in the evening, our room was entered (the room could be unlocked by the employees working in the administration) and money (about €800) was stolen from our handbag. They left the purse and wallet so that we would not realize that we were robbed for as long as possible. When asked to clarify the situation, the administration did not try to solve this situation. He suggested contacting the police, who will work only on Monday, i.e. in 2 days, and we will have to leave on that day. We have never had such a bad experience in the Aparthotel chain.
Beds were ok and balcony was pleasant water was hot
Lack of any English tv channels just one news channel rooms need updating we could hear next door running shower going to toilet like it was in our room not sure if the rooms needs insulation, bathroom grout old shower basic
The location, the accommodation had a nice clean and modern feel. The staff were extremely helpful. We had a garden attached to ours which was lovely
Good size room and reception staff very helpful
Bed very hard, room on the shady side and didn't get much sun.Location long way from services but train line right next door.Requested kitchen sink plug but this never eventuated
