Location to Train terminal, staff , breakfast.

The huge shower stall in room 806, the pleasant & friendly Reception employees. Their English language skills was very helpful.

The hotel breakfast was really good and they had a large variety of options to choose from. The staff was also really friendly and helpful!

The lighting in the room was unusual and difficult to figure out when we first got there but that was my only complaint!

The Staff was amazing. hotel employees and all of the bar staff were amazing and very helpful with my large group. The breakfast was very good and getting taxis was fast and easy. The rooms were lovely and the beds were very comfortable.

Convenient to Termini Train station, and to major attractions in Rome. This hotel is a standout in an area of less-inspiring hotels.

We only stayed one night, but did not see any negatives

Walking distance to the train station. Standard chain type hotel - I didn't want to take a chance on an individual proprietor without seeing one first.

Cost was a bit high, and next time I think I will get a hotel closer to the center of the Colosseum and Vatican.

Rooms are larger than the usual European hotel. Very comfortable. Maid service was prompt and thorough. Elevtors work quickly. Breakfast is good, although no variety day after day. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Key-linked lighting systems in the room require an engineering degree. I used a flashlight for nighttime bathroom visits. There is no clock in the room. Front desk staff could be better schooled in English, given the preponderance of American visitors.

As throughout our whole tour, no washcloths provided. Must be a European thing...

Room was lovely, comfortable and larger than expected. Front desk staff was very accommodating. Could have used more help flagging down a cab. Overall, very pleased with the facility.

All good, cost was a bit high, but worth it.

Clean, comfortable room, centrally located in Rome at a reasonable price. I don't know how much more someone could expect.

Not clean. Elisabetta would not be happy about this hotel and the room we were given. The toilet in the bathroom was not clean. Management should be active in checking after the cleaners, including lifting the toilet lid. Also, after booking you are given a $ surprise, they call it a discretionary tip? There are no staff at the door to greet you or help you with your luggage upon entering and no one in the elevator doorway…this gives the impression that it is a lower rated hotel and not a luxury hotel. Elisabetta should be ashamed at labeling this part of a luxury chain in Italy….well maybe that is what Italians expect in luxury.
