Elite Hotel

Love the hotel , great location,nice staff and delicious breakfast. I will book again in a next visit.

Breakfast was good

Young guy Failed to tell people that there was NO Hot water.. and when the Hot water problem was fixed !!! Heavy people could Not get by the front of the bed or get to the toilet !! Other staff were very helful. NO elevator. ..

Staff was very good helful but fail to inform that there was No Hot watet one evening. The free breakfast was good.

Front of bed had little room to get by and the bath room was small which the toilet area would be hard for a large person to get into. No one mention there was No Hot water one evening !! After you called, you found out. No one called after it was fix.

Location was close to the Barberini Metro Station, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and busses on Via Del Tritone.

The pictures were misleading, room was ultra small, very lowly lit, austere and outdated. The wifi was painfully slow and would often kick you off of it. The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. The bathroom was small.

It has stairs before coming to the elevator and also in the entrance. That makes it not comfortable when trying to reach the room when you have luggage

After booking the hotel, we got an email sent 24 hours later that in case we check in after 5 PM we would need to go to another hotel that is 300 m from Hotel elite in order to check in and then go to your room in hotel elite. If you have a big luggage, it’s a hustle because it’s very hard to go up with a luggage and after that you have stairs, which makes it very uncomfortable. If I would know this in advance, I would’ve not booked the hotel.

Really nice hotel , very clean and the location was perfect you can everywhere by foot. The staff was really helpful and friendly. Our room was cleaned every day and they also offered us coffee and some sweets every day.

Horrible

Everything, they lied about the elevator, as we needed to go up the stairs for the first floor to take it and i have a back issue. It exists uphill and the rooms were very small, no breakfast and refused to give us a late checkout.

The location

The room was dirty, very out of date, nothing like the photos. The sheets and towels had a horrible smell, and we had to keep taking allery pills as we would itch like crazy in the room and in the bed.

Great location and clean rooms

The lobby was not equipped with personnel at night and I think they should consider it in the future, one night the radio in the room started buzzing at 1:30am, woke us up and there was no way to make it stop! I finally had to carry it to an empty reception at 2:00 am, and their apology in the morning was that there was too much internet in the hotel

Location was good, next to metro station and central sites. Clean room, daily cared after. Quiet and cosy.

Reception was closed at late hours, had to go to Hotel White for check in. Receptionist couldn't speak very good English. He failed to give us the wifi password and there was no signal in the room. We had to find a spot to call him with Whatsapp, when again he failed to give us again the password. Complete miscommunication.The room was quite small, bathroom was tiny. Almost no view from the window. Bed mattress was uncomfortable.

Unfortunately we didn’t actually get to stay here as there was an issue with the pipes. Hotel Elite arranged for us to stay at one of their sister hotels. Everything ran smoothly and there was no interruption to our stay in Rome

Very good location, walkable distance to everything, room was very clean, modern, staff very friendly. Highly recommend if you want a good location.

The best location ever. Near to train station. Hotel had a back dore which takes you to downtown. Amazing garden

Breakfast was not good

It was comfortable, clean and a great location.

The aircon wasn’t working.

The fact that I had to go to hotel white to check in because my flight was late at night and I had a lot of bags and a child with me

The location was amazing, very close to the spanish steps, pantheon and trevi fountain.

Not that it mattered much but the room was super small and tight and buidling was a bit old. Nothing major bad otherwise

The location was convenient

Unfortunately, everything else about the hotel was disappointing. The rooms were outdated, the shower tiles were old and rusty, and the air conditioning didn’t work properly.

Very clean, very friendly. Amazing spot for tourists looking to see the sites of Rome easily by foot.

Daily phone calls with no one on the line. Had to disconnect as they seemed system generated. Was this to remind guests of check-out time ? Every day ?

Excellent location only ten minute walk to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. The Pantheon only 15 minutes away .The Staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. We booked a vist to the Vatican and booked through the hotel really easy even printed off the confirmation and ticket for us

Cannot find anything to complain about to be honest.
