Very bad experience and a scam hotel. Do Not Book!

This was a scam hotel. I was not given the room I booked nor was it at the address I booked. No instructions on how to meet the owner for a key and no way to contact the owner with issues. No WIFI and No Air-conditioning. We could not stay in the room.

Location , Location, Location! This hotel is near the train station, near a lot of food and right across from the Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica.

Room was a bit small. Hot water inconsistent. Shower was broken. Room was not setup for our amount of guests when we arrived but it was fixed very fast.

Triple room was too small for 3 adults and no room for luggage.The lights in the bathroom broken,Tv didnt work, no outlets available to plug in cell phones to charge, AC weak, bathroom old, rusted, corroded, gives off terrible odor. Will not return.

Locastion was very good. Most of sites for the tourists are within 30 min walking distance. Free car parking was given which is bery rare in this coty with this location. The hotel steps are very helpful and kind.

The breakfast was a little bit under than expectation.

wifi was horrible you can only get in the hallway, The rooms are dated needs a fresh look carpets old wallpaper is ripping otherwise it was great, I have questions about my booking can you give me a number to call please

Tiniest room I have ever seen. No even in Japan do they give rooms this tiny. And for the price!

I chose this hotel because of the distance to termini. We liked the neighborhood since it wasn't too crowded.

The air conditioning gave us some problems but everything else was fine.

It is not a 4 star hotel and too expensive for what it is, It is not more then a 2 star hotel.

This hotel is not a four star hotel. I have travled and spent time in hotels like Marriott which have had ratings or 4-4.5 and they made this hotel look like a 2. The shower door was broken and never fixed while staying. There was dust, rust and not clean

The hotel is SOOO intimate but not too intimate for it still has a romantic Italian garden feel. We felt very safe: safe with staff entering room, front desk and security. Price was great as was proximity to Termini, buses and Trevi Fountain.

Breakfast. More of a continental breakfast as eggs were ummmmm...Hreat coffee and yogurt! Not too bad of a complaint and I WILL STAY THERE AGAIN!

The room was not clean, high level of humidity in the room, bad smell in the room.....no amendities and toiletries

Great location, very pretty property. Beds were so comfortable, and lots of pillows. Very clean and the front desk was great. Even allowed us into our room two hours early.

Although the building is pretty old, the staff are taking really good care of everything. The location is amazing. I was very happy with the service.

The amenities are not very modern, but in my room everything worked as it should.
