Pros +
- Really close to the Roma Termini and Lorenzo was great when checking us in. Very attentive and informative.
- Staffs are very kind and helpful.
- The staff was amazing and the location was perfect!! I was able to walk to most places and if I didn¿t want to walk the metro was a 10 minute walk away. Every where you look there is somewhere new to eat. The staff went above and beyond.
Cons -
- The rooms are dated and really small. The shower left alot to be desired, felt like a camping shower.
- Room and elevators are small.
- The A/C was either full blast or off, no in between. Otherwise really nice and will stay again if we ever go back to Rome.

Hotel was very clean and our favorite stay in our tip in Italy. It is very close to the train which is convenient and walkable to the major local sites. Try breakfast at 3P bakery and dinner at Rifugio Romano. Excellent.

It was very clean & modern but still had older charm. Staff was friendly & helpful. Very close to the Termini Train/Bus station so that was convenient.
The streets surrounding the hotel are EXTREMELY dirty. Empty beer bottles & garbage everywhere. Kind of takes away from the atmosphere & made us a little nervous at first.
Staff was wonderful, location to train station excellent, walkable distance.
Breakfast buffet was marginal at best, lack many items that other similar rated hotels provide. Very minimal selections on breakfast meats, and pastry offerings. Canned fruit was not the best.
The staff was friendly and responsive. I was traveling with my 87-year-old grandmother, with restricted mobility. The staff was extremely accommodating! The main train station is only a short walk (or roll) away, yet the hotel is quiet at night.
Excellent location, very helpful staff and very good breakfast. We got a room facing the street which was a bonus. Very pleased.
Should do away with scramble eggs and bacons - not Italian food for breakfast, but I guess they have to cater to Americans!
The staff were so helpful made us feel so "welcome"-they went over and above-arranged transport for us- the balcony room was our eve. wine and cheese room-Gorgeous view (Roman Baths)- esp. at night-wonderful restaurants down the street!Perfect Hotel !
Nothing !!
This is a quaint, beautiful, small hotel in the heart of Rome-easy access to all the sites, esp. the Hop On, Hop Off busses and many great restaurants!!! The staff were sooo very, very nice and helpful-beautiful terrace room for happy hour !!
The hotel was very clean and most of the staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel is convenient to Termini station but somewhat inconvenient for major sites. The rooms were very clean but seemed to be more practical than luxurious. Everything was fine but not exceptional.
Location Quiet Great staff
Very courteous staff,5 minutes walk from metro/bus/train station
breakfast was so great and the staff was very kind. the location is very good to access.
Beautiful hotel. Included breakfast was excellent.
Walking up a set of stairs to get to the elevator was inconvenient but understandable.
Easy walk from terminal. Good breakfast, wonderful staff
No room for moving around inside but we had a wonderful outside patio
My mom and I had a lovely stay at Hotel Diocleziano. We were pleasantly surprised. Great location, very nice and helpful staff, especially Davide from the restaurant.
Our room was a bit outdated, but it didn´t bother us that much. It was perfectly clean and comfy.
The hotel was amazing! Every single employee I interacted with was nice and willing to help. The employee that stood out the most was definitely Davide, who takes care of the breakfast everyday. By the second breakfast he already knew how we liked our coffee and was also always giving us recommendations of what places to visit and places to eat at based on where we were heading that day. He was very professional while also being very personable, he would be a great manager for the hotel! Breakfast was great, room was great, staff was great, location was great. 3 minute walk from Termini train station which has everything you need to get to all the historic sites.
The staff at the front/reception desk.Close to Termini for Metro, trains, buses
Spa (tiny), small gym
Staff was incredible, breakfast was amazing, hotel was comfortable, it was an amazing stay!!
