Hotel Oxford

Hotel was easy to find, needs updating. Air condition was fair but struggled. The bathroom door was obnoxiously loud and broken. Overall, hotel was fair. Probably wouldn¿t stay there again

Customer service

The washroom door does not close, there is no curtain for the shower so the water ran all the way to the room . The queen bed are just two single beds attached, and the mattress was a little too hard

They charged 30 Euro at check out for city taxes which I thought was extremely high

The staff was friendly especially Rosa, the bar staff was friendly Maria and had good selection of drinks. The room temperature was good and the room was clean.

This hotel was a great price, in a great location, and has fantastic staff!! I had a problem with my shower on the first night but I told them and they fixed it right away. When I was leaving I tried to call a taxi but there weren’t any around so a wonderful staff member named Stefano just drove me to the train station himself! They were so kind, I definitely recommend staying here

Breakfast was good . Location about 30 mins to centre ok to walk in during the day but not at night needed taxi

Tea facilities in the room …room with a view …

The hotel locates in walking distance as from Termini station as Piazza Spagna in calm district. The room had all basic amentities - AC, minibar, safe, TV. The bathroom had shower cabin and bide. The staff was helpful and provided all available information. I did not try the breakfast.

Good value, good location, comfortable hotel.

Convenient location. Hotel is clean and comfortable. English speaking. And hotel transfers were very reliable.

Friendly staff, characterful building.

My only problem was the coffee. The machine did not produce it very hot and on one day it wasn’t working. As there weren’t any facilities in the room to make hot drinks, apart from leaving the hotel, I missed my “ first thing in the morning “ coffee. Everything else was fine.

Very dated compared to other 4 star hotels in the area plus photos nothing like actual room, was a bit shocked to be honest, staff very nice and helpful

The bed was horrible! It was hard as a concrete floors. I didn’t sleep the entire night because the bed was so uncomfortable. The room was about 1’ wider than the full size bed. I barely had enough room to turn around. I total the front desk clerk upon check out about the bed. He told me they just replaced all the beds. Total lie! The walls in the room were all scratched and dirty. They also claim they have an airport shuttle. Another lie. They said they call a taxi for me which I had to pay for. Don’t stay here. Spend a little more and stay at another hotel.
